Christening our new x10 as Meryl Sweep she was soon off mapping , since then she’s been a busy bee mopping and hoovering very well. Not regretting the purchase at all. Very loud when emptying the dust but that’s the only slightly negative remark. Would thoroughly recommend.

App was so easy to use, hoovers and mops overnight while we are in bed.

Absolutely love it! It was slightly unfortunate that a couple of days after buying it at the full price of £799.00, there was a "Save £200.00 with Coupon" offer, but we still love it.

I've used robotic vacuum cleaners since their inception. The ability to automate such a tedious task has made a big difference to my life, and I am sure many of you reading this will have been long since converted.. I currently have two machines in my home, one upstairs, one downstairs, dealing with the usual array of surfaces, and I am always interested/excited to test new products and see how the technology is progressing.Eufy is a brand belonging to the company Anker, they make a wide array of consumer electronics and are pretty famous for their powerbanks and bluetooth speakers. I buy a lot of their products, they're the first brand I go to for cables and bluetooth speakers, not because they always make great products, some of their audio stuff, particularly their headphones, have disappointed me, but because their support services have always been excellent. They've worked hard to help me with issues I've had with a few of their products. When Anker entered the robo-vac market I knew they were going to make a big impact, and the few products I have tested so far have been amongst the absolute best I've ever used.The X10, as you know doubt are aware, is a "basestation", unit with all the features you'd expect from a top-of-the-range robovac. Obviously auto-emptying and auto-filling, but the auto-drying function is brilliant, and prevents things from getting a little stinky.. As opposed to the typical roller, or the more basic pad, this uses dual-rotating mop heads, and they do a SUPERB job, even lifting up automatically for rugs/carpets. The vacuum is equally proficient and seems to have absurd suction power! This thing really does a comprehensive job on my floors, better than any upright manual vac.A lot of this is due to the software... If you've used some of the cheaper branded robo vacs, you'll know that they fall apart when it comes to their companion app. Not so here, Anker/Eufy's app is simple yet comprehensive, and pretty foolproof to be honest. I think this would be good for a first time user who struggles with apps.It's not the sleekest looking of machines, but it's relatively compact and discrete, I have another unit, that I won't name, that is so large and so flashy that it proves somewhat of an embarrassment, but the X10 will sit quite comfortably in the typical kitchen, or near white-goods.Having had this in use for several months now, I am comfortable in saying this is the best robo-vac/mop I've ever owned. At its current price of £649, it's not a cheap machine, certainly there is a lot of choice in this price bracket, but I would pick this model in particular, even over much more expensive machines from other brands.

What a difference from my previous robot hoover, so quiet in use. Great job mopping. Once you get your head round the app it’s actually very well done. All in all, great purchase.
