This Eufy E28 robot cleaner effortlessly deals with pretty much all of my vacuuming tasks. It works equally well in my carpeted rooms as in the kitchen and bathrooms, where there are quarry tiles, and vinyl flooring, respectively. The app is useful, and the laser mapping is really quite ingenious, which, thanks to the multitude of sensors, allows the vacuum to navigate my floors with ease. And of course, the unit returns to its base once it's finished its work.Actual cleaning performance is great, and the vacuum even picks up stray threads from the floor in my sewing room, as well as my hair (which tends to get everywhere!). The mop leaves my bathroom and kitchen floors really clean - probably better than me using a handheld mop! Something that really impresses me is the cleaner's ability to not only detect spills and food drops (oops!) but to keep at it until everything has been removed.I hasten to add that I always clean up anything that drops on the floor but for the purposes of testing this cleaner, I left my kitchen floor untouched for a week to really put it through its paces. Amazing how much debris accumulates in my prep area!Once the unit returns to its base, the automatic cleaning, washing, drying, and emptying starts. This can be a little bit noisy but it doesn't last long, and it does the job exceptionally well. Even removing hair and threads from the brushes, and depositing them into the dust bag above. No more having to extricate the brushes and rollers from my shed hair!The spot cleaner is brilliant, too, and does a very good job of removing older marks from my sofa. It's not something I would use a lot but it's great to have, and since it sits neatly on the base, it's out of the way. To be honest, though, if it had a long rigid handle to attach to the hose, I'd be very tempted to give my carpets a bit of a wash!Overall, I'm really impressed with the vacuum/mop and spot cleaner. It's far, far better than I imagined it to be, and I can't lie - it's so SciFi! It's like having my own DRD or droid to do some of the housework.... I kind of feel like I'm living the spaceship dream here!

This is a monster of a hoover kit! It maps the floor accurately, it picks things up well - including at the sides and corners, It does its job on both carpet and wood floors, and connects easily. Its actually been a pleasure to use this hoover! The carpet cleaner is also really good - especially if you have kids in the house!

So it came really nicely packed with some instructions on huge board and some reachable via qr code and app. While in the app you can have adjustable settings on how much wet mopping u want or how strong suction, make multiple maps and make schedules, without app, it goes on simple settings. It can see all items and identify some of them like shoes cables, toys. It also adjusts on the carpet/floor and works accordingly. All notifications comes to phone. But robot also talks if it got stuck or heading to base. Its pretty accurate and very rarely gets stuck somewhere. Cleans itself up. Washes and dries the mop on heated setting to prevent bacterial. After downloading app, and activating vacuum robot warranty, I received an offer to get free mop cleaner and fabric cleaner bottles which I am very grateful for. The cleaning station is a life saver. Works very well. Amazing suction and can clean basically anything. I got really surprised about it. Overall very great gadget. Used daily in our house. The only place it cant clean is stairs. Only once I had problem and it was with the app. The app couldnt see the robot charging. But later that day I received updates and was able to reconnect back to phone.

Wow, not a word I use often, but in this instance I truly think it's worth using that word, WOW...Including unpacking and setting up, I had it up and running within 10 minutes. There is the Eufy app you need to download and sign up to, with this you connect everything to your wifi.Fill the reservoir with clean tap water, place it back on the base unit, that's all the setting up needed for that part.Once running the bot is quite quiet, the noise does go up a bit when on carpets and vacuuming but to be honest I don't really recognise this.It mops and vacuums well, there is a little residue left on the floor after mopping but this is no different to mopping by hand and it soon disperses in a couple of minutes.Really easy to use as it does everything for you.Well designed with the two brushes in the front corners, these will reach out into the mor difficult areas, and it does work well.Our house is challenge for any robovac, but this eufy E28 managed it exceptionally well, transverses between carpets, rugs and hard flooring without problems, even when there's a slight lip between rooms.Once done, it returns to the base station, empties the dust bag (quite noisy process but short) and cleans and dry's the mop, oh, it also empties the dirty water and refills with clean water.The spot cleaner is ok, only used once and it did remove a small stain, but for me the main attraction is the mopping and vacuuming.It doesn't come the two bottles of solution, for these you can claim them through the app, which I have don and now waiting for them to arrive.Very happy with this robovac and looking forward to many days of chilling on the sofa while it does the floors for me.

If you're looking for an all-in-one solution to floor cleaning that goes about its business while you go about yours, the E28 Omni robot Vacuum cleaner with mop function from Eufy enables just that.It provides powerful suction which isn't always the case with robot vacuums and manages to do as good of a job as I do with handheld traditional vacuum which is impressive. The vacuum function actually works well on all of our flooring surfaces, which surprised us particularly when transitioning from our lounge carpet to our tiled kitchen/dining room, as the lounge carpet has a relatively deep pile, which the Omni takes in its stride. The mopping function is equally effective and the tiled floor generally looks great once the Omni has given it the once over. The spot cleaner tool has also been great as it has removed a couple of stubborn stains from our grey sofa which our grandchildren have taken a liking to spilling juice on whenever they sit on it. Brilliant!It's a fairly intuitive system and app that works well and gets better once the Omni learns to navigate the areas it is used in. It's straightforward overall, and I would rank the E28 Omni as the best robot vacuum system that we have used as the results are great, and it has made relatively light work of everything thrown at it.Do I recommend it?
