eufy Video Doorbell C31

Good quality unit with very clear image.

Been looking for a video doorbell for sometime my daughter bought the C31 said it works great and easy to set up and use so i bought the same not had any problems

Received doorbell quicker than scheduled. Charged battery (not wired in) and replaced the Ring doorbell. Eufy doorbell linked with Alexa, so no need for extra chime module. Eufy doorbell linked bell working great.
A little drawback is that at night it records in black and white, unlike the Eufy cameras that can record at night in colour.

First impressions of this were good – I got it to replace our old video doorbell and it felt like a solid upgrade right out of the box. The setup was straightforward, and the quick-release battery is handy for charging without uninstalling the whole thing. The picture quality is sharp with the 2K resolution, so I can clearly see who's at the door.I've been using the live video call feature a lot, and it works well with minimal delay. The dual power options meant I could choose what suited our setup best, which made installation easier than I expected. I also like that it records 24/7 when hardwired and stores footage without charging a monthly fee – that's a big plus in my book. So far, the app is intuitive, and notifications come through reliably without too many false alarms.Overall, I thought it's a great, reliable doorbell camera that does exactly what we needed. Good value for the features it offers.

Works great good quality and picture easy to connect and no monthly subscription

Excellent product and great service

This doorbell camera is great! It is easy to install and connect, and best of all it can store footage locally so there's no need for a cloud subscription. Battery life has been really good so far and the image quality is great too, even when it's dark. It can be a little bit leggy at times to connect to stream but it varies and may be due to internet connectivity. But overall I'd rather have this than a subscription model

This doorbell video camera looks smart and it feels good quality. It was fairly easy to install and easy to setup. We haven’t had any issues with the connection although the front door is near our WiFi unit so that probably helps. The image quality is excellent. One of the best things about this camera is you don’t need to pay for a subscription.

This Camera operates in conjunction with the Eufy App and was very easy to set up. I had it connected to my wifi and up and running in a very short space of time. The quality of the camera is great and best of all, theres no subscription charge unlike my current doorbell camera.If you want to record the video footage then you will need a micro SD card. Without a micro SD Card the doorbell will still work and show you live footage and you can communicate through the device to the person at the door but you just can't watch the history of clips that the motion sensor may have picked up during the day. Micro SD cards are not that expensive on Amazon so it's worth picking one up.This camera comes with just the one battery. This takes 8 hours to fully charge the battery. I'm thinking of purchasing a spare battery at £29.99 on Amazon and I can just swap them out when the battery gets low so there's no loss of cover.This is a good video doorbell and I'm totally converted and will be retiring my old, well known brand, cancelling the subscription and going with this new Eury Doorbell Camera instead.
