• Participation Qualification

  1. Any UK residents who sign up on eufylife.com can refer friends. By providing a valid email address, and accepting the program’s Terms & Conditions, you can refer your friends and family to join the referral site.
  2. You cannot refer yourself. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (this is deemed to be the case if the same email address, IP address, or browser session is used), as determined in eufy’s sole discretion. Please note, that due to technical restrictions we are unable to manually correct, add, and confirm referrals if the criteria to identify orders are not met.

• Good things come in pairs!

  On the 22nd of each month, if you make a referral that leads to a purchase you'll earn double rewards (the referral and purchase must be made on the 22nd). For each successful referral (refer & purchase without return) on these dates you will receive an £80 Amazon gift card. That's double! The more you refer the more you earn!

• Qualified Referral

  A Qualified Referral is defined as a product purchase that meets the following criteria:
  1. Made via the site by a person who arrives by clicking on the unique Refer-a-Friend Program link (a "Referred Customer") provided to you by eufy under the Refer-A-Friend Program.
  2. Order value after discount must exceed £200.
  3. Only orders made via your referral link will qualify. When you recommend a eufy product to your friends via the referral link you send, they will receive a £40 OFF code for all eufy products above £200 (code can only be used once within 1 month). The code cannot be combined with other discount codes. The friend can decide whether to use the code or not. If the friend does not use the referral code, but still makes the purchase via the referral link and meets our other requirements, they can still qualify for the referral.
  4. The Referrer’s unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except for the Referrer to obtain Qualified Referrals.
  5. You cannot refer yourself. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (this is deemed to be the case if the same email address, IP address, or browser session is used), as determined in eufy’s sole discretion.
  6. eufy will review the referred order within 30 days. Only orders that are not returned and that meet the above rules will be verified. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive another confirmation email to collect your cash reward.

• Referral Rewards

  1. Nobody tells the eufy story better than you, our customer. So when you recommend an applicable eufy Appliances or Security device to your friends via the referral link you send, we want to thank you by giving you a £40 Amazon gift card every time one of your friends completes their purchase of the eufy Appliances or security products on eufylife.com. You and your friend will both receive a gift. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn. For every order your friends successfully purchase, they will receive a £40 OFF code for all eufy products above £200 (code can only be used once within 1 month). The code cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  2. Codes cannot be combined. Referred Customers may not combine any discounts obtained through their use of the Refer-A-Friend Program with any Offer Codes or promotions offered by eufy.

• How to Claim Your Reward

  1. When someone buys through your referral link, the reward will only be sent to you after the order is verified by eufy per the above rules.
  2. eufy will review the referred order within 30 days. Only orders that are not returned and that meet the above rules will be verified.
  3. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive an email to collect your cash reward.
  4. Tiered rewards will be reviewed by eufy at the end of each month. You will be notified by email shortly after.

• Multiple Referrals

  Friends referred to the eufy Referral Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple eufylife.com users, only the referrer of the first order by the referee will receive a reward.

• Termination and Changes

  eufy may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
  eufy reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove referral rewards if eufy notices any activity eufy believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the eufylife.com Terms of Service. eufy reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
