eufy X10 Pro Omni

We upgraded our previous X8 Hybrid, as we wanted the self-empty and cleaning capability to be able to run the robot for weeks and months without doing much. Before the X10 was released, we tried a more expensive competitor and it was returned straight away before the 30 day period was up, as the navigation was shocking and in the app we couldn't divide our open plan living as we wanted.
So I was very excited about the pre-release of the X10, and reserved as soon as possible hoping that the navigation and in-app experience would be as great as the X8. I was happy to discover that it indeed was and our little helper navigates the house without difficulties and the constant sound of it banging into something. It does a great job picking up dirt and dog hair, and it's such a joy coming home or downstairs to a clean area.

The only recommendation to the team is the feature, which I have seen on main competitors, which is the ability to do a 'vacuum first, then mop' cleaning. Often it makes more sense to vacuum first and then mop the floors, just like you would do when you clean yourself.

Pure game changer. Even with dogs. Haven’t had to use anything else to support this. Keeps the floors nice and clean for our toddler to crawl about.

Easy to set-up, excellent cleaning. A great device and a game changer to keep the flat tidy!

Arrived quickly after order placed . Great that got £200 off. It learns quickly the layout of house and works well. Game changer for me as used to take me over an hour to sweep and mop downstairs.

The best robot vacuum in my opinion. It performs all its jobs immaculately. Eufy has really done an outstanding job with this one!
