Its really amazing, was hesitant cause of the price but it does such amazing work. The floors are clean. Very good for vacuuming as well as the mopping.

If you are on the fence about buying this little miracle robot, don’t be. Just buy it! It’s mopping is very good and deep, uses the perfect amount of water that it doesn’t soak the floor but you can see it is damp. Suction is great for the vac and its mapping and obstacle avoidance are brilliant! Plenty of videos to watch on YouTube before you buy also for reassurance that this is one of If not the best on the market. Worth every penny. No more nightly mopping.

Absolutely brill keeps up with tough dog prints and hair.cleans very well and we have a lot of tiled and wood floors.since having since neally 2 weeks can really see the difference.i now have very shiny tiles.makes such a difference to a busy household.more time to do other things.

First thing to do is get the vacuum built. This is very easy to do although I did initially panic when I seen what was in the box. Download the app and pair to WiFi I then had to let it update firmware on vacuum before I could use it. On the app set up to your preferred settings then once done the vacuum will do a map of your rooms. Once it returns to it's base and it's charged you can start it to vacuum by the touch of a button on the app. It really does get everywhere and don't worry about it knocking things over as it has sensors to stop this from happening.I have not used the mopping cycle so can't really comment on that.This vacuum cleaner really has to be seen working to believe how good it is. Great device if you struggle to do housework due to illness or disability. Very recommended

I've had robot vaccums for the last ten years and love them. This one goes up a level adding mopping. I'll start with the highlights, and why it has got 5 stars from me:- Set up was easy. It is quite the thing watching it map your rooms the first time. Once that is done, you can easily program it via the app to either vac and mop everywhere, or just vac, or just mop, or both - a specific room or rooms. Totally customisable.- The most important thing - it does a GREAT job. The floor and carpets looks spic and span once done.- During operation (though see cons below about after) - it is comparatively quiet. I had a roomba in the past that I wouldn't run at night as it was too loud. Sleeping upstairs I am happy for this to go round downstairs without disturbing my sleep.- It is much less faff than others once set up. It empties itself, dries its mop, etc. You only need to replace the water tank and empty the dusk store very occasionally. The app will tell you when.Just for the quality of the job it does, I am going to stick with the 5 stars - but there are still some cons.- The base station is huge. You need serious space and that may be a blocker for some. The upside is you have to do less work emptying it because the docking station takes care of that for several cycles.- After it finishes the mop drying function is noisy. Think of having a loud aircon unit on, this can run for a couple of hours so depending where you are putting the base station could be really annoying.But those gripes aside - if you want the best, this is worth a look. One thing I learned about robot cleaners is they are best not watched. You could do it yourself in less time, they are slow - but if you are out of the house or asleep then that doesn't matter does it - you go out or go to sleep, come back or get up, and the house is done. Bliss. Time is better spent on things than cleaning, cleaning needs doing. This helps with all that!

Good value for money

PROS-I think it does an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and tiled floors.-very easy for me to set up: well written instructions, voice prompts helpful, and it connected to my wifi seamlessly.-it noticed a firmware update after first turning on, which was easy to download and install.-great app, well designed and very functional (though it could still use a bit of polishing)-initial house-mapping went seamlessly, and subsequent cleaning runs have refined that map almost perfectly (though on the first house mapping session, it could see out a closed patio door and designated part of my backyard as a room)-it reacts well to alternations in the space it is cleaning: e.g. if a chair in the kitchen has been moved, it sees that and adjusts its route accordingly.-great that I can watch its progress on the app, and see where it has cleaned and where it still needs to clean-looks great (like something from the future)-very easy to order replacement parts and bags/cleaning solution from the appCONS-yet another account to sign up for (though the app is very good)-it doesn’t always seem to go right up against walls. Along several walls I get a several centimetre gap between where it cleans, and where it sees a wall. So far I’ve had to go over those areas with my old vacuum.-it does take up a lot of room where I have the basestation located, but most other robots would too-can’t turn off the rather bright LEDs (I have my base station set up in my living room, and when I’m watching TV in the evening, I can see the distracting glow)-a bit loud, I have it starting at 3am and have managed to hear it a few times (my place has the bedrooms on an upper floor). But we’ll get used to it, I think.-I was surprised at how often it would physically bump into things (especially when turning around in place: it’d stop in front of an obstacle, pivot in place and one of its back corners would bump into that obstacle. Lightly, but still, surely it shouldn’t?).NOTES-now, I have no basis for comparison, this is my first robot vacuum. But I do have a lot of experience with software and hardware user interfaces and industrial design, and I’m very impressed with this product.-I was worried about the proprietary bag and bottle of cleaning solution, these sort of things tend to be overpriced. But it looks like a bag can take a couple weeks of dirt (mine is not a very dirty house, no kids) and it only sips cleaning solution, so that should last for a while too. So replacement costs shouldn’t be too burdensome.-I have found a few online communities dedicated to this device, and it looks like the Eufy team are actively getting feedback from and supporting their users. I've owned the Eufy S1 Pro for a few weeks, and I must say it's extremely impressive. The mopping function is superb, effortlessly picking up messes and cleaning effectively without guzzling water. The vacuum also does a bang up job. It also switches smoothly between vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors, lifting its mop roller to avoid wetting the carpets.Setting up the robot was straightforward, thanks to the helpful Quick Start Guide and user-friendly app. The app’s mapping function works well, though the robot can struggle with high threshold strips between different flooring types. The obstacle avoidance is excellent, deftly dodging toys, cables, and even pet food bowls.The proprietary detergent for self-cleaning is on the pricier side, but it's possible to find workarounds. Despite these minor issues, the Eufy S1 Pro has massively reduced my cleaning workload, making it well worth the investment.

This is an awesome piece of kit which works brilliantly. First of all it's super easy to put together and instructions were clear. You fill clean water and attached dust bag, it's all ready. It got an app which got so many functions. Once your house is mapped you can chose invidual rooms, mop intensity etc. It auto cleans the mop which is divine as I don't have to worry about it. It does takes long time to dry it though. Cleaning is of high quality and it's fairly fast. Only downside I have is that it's bit loud but I can live with it. Overall wonderful piece of kit.
