Great unit - made cleaning the downstairs area a lot simpler!

This is a lot better than the C15 we had, a lot more quiet, efficient and intelligent. Cleans floors really well, does not get stuck or jammed into strange places. Very quiet overall, except for when it blows out the vacuum cleaner dirt chamber into the main reservoir, but its really quick! We are really impressed with it - thank you Amazon for recommending it!

eufy New 2026 Robot Vacuum Cleaner With Mop

I already have a Eufy Omni c20 which I use for the ground floor rooms and this has come in very useful for the upper floor. In comparing the two this C28 has more than double the suction power of the older model being 15000 pa and the difference in cleaning is noticeable. Emptying is quite noisy but is much briefer compared to the C20  so it is tolerable.  I had no trouble setting up after downloading the dedicated app to my phone. Mapping the rooms was a breeze and it didn't even need to go to all the corners of each room before setting out a very clear image on the phone and their relationship to each other. It was quite sluggish to get started which I think was due to the system needing upgrading. Once that was done it merged the older Eufy model and its data so they're both now on the new app. Accessing both models is now very easy and they respond quickly. Both avoid obstacles equally as well but I do have to do a sweep of the rooms before activating them as they will chew up any cables left lying around. One thing I hadn't anticipated is that this model is just slightly too high to  go underneath our bedroom furniture so a couple of pads under the feet may resolve that iasue. Overall this does a very good job of vacuuming and mopping as well but it's not cheap at £649. [46065]

Really happy with this robot vacuum. It leaves my floors sparkling clean!

I recently upgrade my less feature-rich robotic vacuum to this eufy C28 Omni and so far I've been really impressed. I've been using it for over a month now, and I am really happy with the quality of clean it gives my floors. My old robot vacuum didn't have mopping functionality, and having that with this eufy robot vacuum has been a game changer. The setup was overall an easy process. When downloading the app, ensure you get the 'eufy' one and not 'eufy clean' or any of the other 'eufy ____' apps. Adding the vacuum to the app was really easy, as the instructions that came with the vacuum explained it all very clearly. An update was needed so I let it do its thing, which didn't take too long. Once the update was finished, I tried to set it on it's way but faced an error that the clean water tank was empty (I filled it up to the max line) To resolve this, I had to reseat the tank and give it a couple of love taps, I don't think it registered properly so didn't pull any water out.The vacuum mapped out the downstairs really quickly which surprised me. When mapping with my previous vacuum, it had to do a 'ghost clean' and travel the whole distance it would during a clean, but this eufy vacuum just scanned each room very quickly. The maps on the app look really cool and you can view them in 3D. It also detects separate rooms which gives you the ability to clean single rooms at a time (We use this for the kitchen as it gets messier quicker than our living room)When cleaning, there are a few options you can choose from, but I've chosen to save a 'deep clean' task that I run each time. The options are vacuum only or vacuum and mop, whether you want a deep clean or a faster clean (adjusts coverage), the water level that the mop uses to clean, and suction strength. We don't have a large area downstairs, so I tend to use the max suction strength as we don't have to worry about the battery running out. On the topic of battery, running at max suction, doing a deep clean with max coverage, we have never come close to the battery running out.Something I really like about this vacuum is the split roller design on the bottom. My previous robot vacuum had a single roller and I was constantly cleaning the hair that would tangle on it. The split design in this eufy vacuum completely eliminates the need to clean hair from it, as it doesn't collect hair at all. The mop roller also has a self-cleaning function which also self-dries, and although it dries for quite a while after mopping, I like it as it reduces the amount of times I have to clean the vacuum itself. I also like that it can automatically detect carpets, and even shows this inside of the app. I have a rug in my living room, and a door mat at my front door. The vacuum and base station is significantly larger than the previous vacuum we used, but this is completely expected with the clean/dirty water system it uses. It doesn't look like an eye sore or anything, and actually fits really nice in the corner of our living room. The water tanks are really easy to refill and empty, and have a secure plastic seal to ensure you don't spill any water when carrying, and no smells escape the dirty water tanks (ours smell pretty bad when we've had my parents' dog around)Overall, I'm really happy with this eufy robot vacuum, and it is 100% worth the upgrade over the previous one we had with less features. The app works really well and even my non-technical parents can use it with ease. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the market for a robot vacuum, even considering the larger price tag, I think it is definitely worth it.

Really good purchase!

I am so pleased with my purchase. They only regret I have is that I haven't bought it much earlier. My floors and carpets are Always clean now! The installation is easy and straightforward as well as the application works amazingly well, it shows you the rooms of your house. You can pick which room to clean, to wash. Really good purchase.

A seriously capable robot cleaner that takes most of the effort out of floor care

I’ve been running the eufy C28 Omni for a while now, and it’s one of those devices that quietly becomes part of the daily routine. The build quality is the first thing that stands out — the robot itself has a reassuring weight to it, and the station feels like proper, premium hardware rather than a plastic afterthought.Setup through the app was smooth. It paired quickly, mapped the house with surprising accuracy on the first run, and didn’t do that hesitant “bump‑shuffle‑guess” behaviour you get with cheaper bots. The iPath 2.0 navigation handles furniture legs and everyday obstacles well, though like most robots, loose cables can still confuse it, so it’s worth tidying those or marking no‑go zones.Cleaning performance is where it earns its keep. The suction is genuinely powerful, and it transitions between hard floors, rugs, and carpets without fuss. The roller mop is the standout feature — it applies real pressure, cleans continuously as it goes, and the station washes and dries it automatically. The dirty water tank is… eye‑opening, in a good way. You realise how much your “clean” floors weren’t actually clean. The 5‑in‑1 station is a huge convenience boost. It empties the dustbin, washes the mop, refills the clean water, dries everything, and stores the wastewater. You still need to top up and empty the tanks every so often, but the day‑to‑day effort is minimal. Noise levels are low during cleaning — more of a soft hum — with the only loud moment being the debris emptying cycle, which sounds a bit like a hand dryer. The app is flexible enough to set schedules, room‑specific routines, and restricted zones, and once dialled in, the C28 just gets on with it. It doesn’t replace deep cleaning entirely, but it dramatically reduces how often you need to do it.At £550, it’s definitely an investment, but the combination of strong suction, a genuinely effective mop, smart navigation, and a fully automated station makes it feel justified. If you’ve got a busy household, pets, or just want to reclaim some time, it’s a very capable all‑rounder.

Superb performance on all surfaces

I was absolutely over the moon with the C28 robovac. I set this up so it would vacuum every other day and then mop the kitchen area once a week. So far it has been excellent and has got our floors looking sparkling. I thought some areas would still need vacuuming or steam cleaning every now and then, but I don’t think I will need to as this does such a thorough job. It does miss the odd awkward corner here and there, but I do not mind giving those small areas a quick wipe. You do need to do a quick pre-tidy and keep the floors fairly clear of cables, toys and whatnot, but I have missed cables and kids’ toys every now and then and the items haven’t really tripped it up. The vacuum and cleaning station were easy to set up and the app is straightforward to use. It’s ideal for busy or larger households to ensure floors stay clean with minimal disruption to everyday life. The convenience, effective mapping, and strong cleaning performance make this feel like a fantastic option if you are after a premium robovac. I have summarised some of my thoughts below:PositivesExcellent cleaning performance - the mopping is thorough and does not leave floors wetLaminates look great and the tiled kitchen area is spotless other than a few tricky cornersPicks up hair, dirt, crumbs and even cleans dried spills; if not on the first clean then definitely on the secondThe station is excellent for a low-maintenance setup - just fill with water and/or solution and let the vac do the restNavigation and mapping seem accurate - the first few runs were slower, but once mapped the vac cleans methodicallyMoves from laminate to tiles with no issues even crossing thresholds. It cannot grow legs to climb stairs for the carpets unfortunately, but when taken upstairs it does a great jobApp is a learning curve but once set up it is fairly easy to navigate and schedules simple to set upAbility to set no-go areas, especially where I know the kids will leave a mess like the playroomCan be controlled remotely via the appSelf-emptying, refilling, and mop cleaning are handled with minimal effortFairly quiet operation, particularly on carpetsHigh-quality build that feels like it will last a good whileStrong suction performance and weight for scrubbing tooBattery life - no need to return to base mid-clean - automatically tops up when dockedNegativesLouder when emptying the dustbin or drying mopAdvanced features in the app take a while to get your head aroundInitial setup and mapping takes most time but once done the rest is a breezeRequires a pre-tidy quite often, though it does encourage good habits with the kidsPricey at £650, though very fair at the sale price of around £500No cleaning solution includedCan miss the odd corner which may need a quick manual clean

Keeps the floors looking great with hardly any effort

I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop for a while now and it has quickly become part of the normal routine in the house. The setup was actually much simpler than I expected. Once the station was in place and the app was connected, it mapped the rooms and started working things out on its own. It moves around quite confidently and seems to understand the layout very well. It goes around chair legs, along skirting boards and into corners without bumping about too much, which was something I had worried about with a robot cleaner. The cleaning itself has been very impressive in day to day use. It picks up dust, crumbs and all the usual bits that collect on the floor without leaving much behind. On carpets it gives a really solid clean, while on hard floors the mopping feature makes a noticeable difference. The roller mop stays damp while it works and seems to keep refreshing itself, so the floor ends up looking properly wiped rather than just lightly dragged over. I also like that it can return to the station to clean the mop and carry on, which means it keeps the results consistent even when doing a bigger area. The station is one of the most useful parts of the whole thing. Instead of constantly emptying and rinsing things yourself, it takes care of most of that automatically. The mop gets washed and dried after cleaning, which helps stop any damp smell building up. The dust collection is also handled by the station so the robot can keep running for quite a while before you need to think about maintenance. In everyday use it really does feel like a hands-off system rather than another appliance that needs constant attention.Another thing I’ve noticed is how well it deals with the little obstacles that tend to be around the house. Shoes, cables and small items on the floor don’t seem to confuse it. It slows down, adjusts its route and carries on without getting stuck. The brush underneath also seems to avoid getting tangled up with hair, which makes a big difference if you’ve used robot vacuums before and had to keep pulling hair out of them.Build quality feels solid and the whole system seems well thought out. The robot itself feels sturdy and the station is tidy enough to sit against a wall without looking out of place. The app controls are straightforward as well, so it’s easy to send it out for a clean or set up a regular schedule. After using it for a while, the main thing I notice is simply that the floors stay cleaner with very little effort from me. It quietly goes about its job in the background and just keeps things looking fresh day after day.

Powerful, effective and a great time saver!

Oh my Goodness, I love this little vacuum cleaner.I'm a great fan of devices and for the first couple of days of use, I literally spent hours, just watching it!!My own little cleaning maid!!The suction on these new models is far greater than on standard uprights of the old days and this one really does eliminate the need for me to go around after it.It cleans into the corners and up to edges of kitchen units and finds its way around obstacles. Ive had to convince the dog its not a toy to play with though!!The mopping function is excellent and leaves the floors looking spotless and streak free.It is a great time saver and keeps my floors clean with very little effort from me.It is set to run twice a day and mop at the end of the day, unless there are spills, when it can be implemented straight away.I would say this is a must have for any busy home with hard floors! It returns to the self cleaning station on its own, so I really don't have to do very much at all.Recommended
