eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C20 + Dust Bag

So easy to set up and very happy with its cleaning ability .

Had originally ordered direct from Eufy but they weren’t able to deliver to my postcode (BT). Arrived no problem with Amazon in fairly good time. They even gave me a £20 refund as it was advertised again at a reduced price. I has been working very well so far.

Really good Hoover and mop!

Absolutely love this.Really like the rug lift feature so it does not get rugs or carpets wentAlso like the rotating mops and mop cleaning feature do your hoover is not just using dirty mops when cleaning. It visits the base to clean mop head regularly mist mop hoovers do not have this feature that I can see.I have had a robot hoover mop before but I have to say this is far superior and worth the extra costThe base is a fair size but looks nice. You just need to be sure you have a suitable place for it.App easy to useHave no negative comments to makeCleans and mops really well

Good for a daily clean. Easy to control from my phone. Hoover's and mops too. Bought during an Amazon sale and good value for money. Reasonable pick up and makes my daily life easier with pets And 3 kids!

my 3rd Robovac but first with a mop that works rather than drags a cloth across the floor. well worth spending extra on a brand.
I have a eufy robovac (no mop) which is great for just vacuum but bought a cheap alterative with a mop (cloth drag across floor). Whilst it was ok i can see a HUGE difference with the omni. Also love the fact it cleans itself and don't need to do anything for weeks other than to refill tank or empty dirty water tank , maybe once a week.

Got this as a gift from my son for Christmas and normally I wouldn’t be happy getting a hoover as a gift but it’s probably one of the best gifts ever. We have hard floors and quite thick carpets. It does an amazing job & im shocked at how much dirt, hair (Ive long hair) it picks up. Im currently lying with my feet up while it goes about its merry way. It actually cleans my bedroom carpet better than my shark ever did. I used to have to take one of that metal scraper things over that carpet to get the hair & black sock fluff off.It doesn’t stick on the wooden things between rooms, sorry can’t think ofThe word.so it goes from hard floor onto carpet. It goes right under my sofa and gets right into the corners. I love it.Don’t find it particularly noisy except when mop cleaning or emptying dust bag.For upstairs I just set it to vacuum then lift it upstairs and off it goes. MyUpstairs is set upOn multi maps.

The best thing sinced sliced bread. I put this thing on, go up stairs and have a brew. Come down an hour later and boom! Wife gets home and asked what ive done all day. I sit there all smug and say ive hoovered and mopped the entire downstairs of the mansion. Bonus points for the fact it actually cleans pretty well.

I love it , took awhile to get used to the no go ares to block getting tangled in cables or curtains but now ok, the floor has never looked as clean ,the mop feature I had to put it on a higher wash to get rid of stubborn stains, when you see the dirt in the dirty water Bucket, you will be shocked overall I give it a 5, just hope it continues to be good

We've had this a couple of months now after adopting a particularly hairy dog. I love it, and it's saved me countless hours of vaccing and mopping.Setting it up is easy, you just need to clear as much of the floor as possible so it can accurately map your home. Don't worry if it doesn't go into every nook and cranny as it's still mapping and is surprisingly accurate.Once that's done you can set what you want it do in the app, from a full clean to selecting specific rooms, zones, or types of cleans. It's also easy to set no go zones, for example if there's an area with lots of wires etc.It's not as powerful as a proper vacuum but you can set the power level and whether it goes over the area once or twice or whether it uses more or less water on the mop and you can also set custom cleans.I find it works better if it vacs first and then mops instead of doing both at the same time but that's because my dog sheds an incredible amount of hair.In short I'm really pleased with it, it's much better than I expected and now I've got over just watching it doing it's thing can leave it while I get on with other stuff.
