Video Doorbell E340 + Battery Pack

This replaced a ring door bell, The picture quality is great and the split camera is a fabulous for making sure your deliveries are kept safe. Easy to put up and install on app. I have already recommended to family and friends.

Very easy to fit and install. Download the app first though. Set up was pretty easy, just follow the instructions, you will get there. Connected to Alexa, but really didn't need to, a bit fiddly, but again follow the online instructions. So far, been a great bit of kit, would highly recommend and so easy to use.

This was a replacement for a well known brand and I can honestly say this is far superior.Excellent product.

Excellent service and a great product

While I was not happy with the delay due to a backlog in stock, since it arrived I have been very happy with the purchase. The video door bell is easy to setup and easy to fit because I didn't have to worry about connecting it to an electrical supply.

Highly recommend ordering from Eufy . I ordered two products one arrived as specified the other was delayed, but I can honestly say the customer service was excellent and my problem was solved immediately, my second package arrived the very next day after it was looked into.

Lacks radar feature of the older s330 which prevents false alarms. Lowering sensitivity misses motion events. The bottom camera cannot tilt unlike the s330 too. I get frequent random package delivery and taken alerts when nothing has happened. Split view and picture in picture keeps on switching around by itself. Doesn't feel very polished.

Poor device. Not as good as ring. It hardly records any events even tho I see people walking past or coming to the door. Have everything maxed out and strong WiFi. Will be going back to ring I think.

I purchased the eufy Video Doorbell C30 expecting a solid upgrade, and while the picture quality is an improvement over my previous camera, that’s unfortunately where the positives end.
The field of view is quite limited and not as wide as expected, meaning it misses parts of the area I actually need covered. The performance is also very disappointing — the live feed is slow to update and often lags behind real time.
Motion detection is unreliable. Even after adjusting the settings multiple times, it still misses important events entirely, which defeats the purpose of having a security doorbell in the first place.
The app experience doesn’t help either. There’s no proper timeline to quickly scroll through footage, so you’re forced to open clips individually, which is frustrating and time-consuming. On top of that, recordings seem to stop after a while, with gaps where nothing is captured.
Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase. Aside from the improved image quality, the functionality and reliability are not up to standard, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
