eufy Video Doorbell C30 + eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini

I had a ring doorbell but found it unreliable and I was not very impressed with having to pay a yearly subscription when half the time it didn’t record or pick up people coming to my door. So I cancelled my subscription and used the money to put towards this set instead. The pictures are clearer and the AI recognition is so clever. The app is straight forward to use and there are so many options to personalise your set up to suit what you want. I have already recommended them to friends and family

Really glad I purchased this camera and ring doorbell was easy to set up and works really well dont miss a second, we can hear people when they come to the door and they can hear use clearly aswell 100per cent better then the ones we had before brought off amazon and don't have to pay subscription with eufy as we did with the other that are cloudplus and morecam for the ring doorbell which didnt work half the time.

I decided to change my doorbell and cameras to Eufy brand. I must say that the customer service is excellent, also the bot Jessica you speak to at first is very good at resolving most of the issues you may come across during setting up the equipment. The product is also as good as the customer service. I can fully recommend them.

First saw this at my son's house picture quality fantastic so no hesitation in buying this product. Service is First class.

meaning the doorbell is unusable.
After 2 weeks going backwards and forwards I've returned the whole lot. Poor product, Poor Service, Poor company.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM !

Had this kit for two weeks now, can't pair the doorbell to the hub, still waiting for the technical team to look into it. Lots of hassle and work for a simple thing
