Very good quality video both day and night. Daylight mode is very good. The Homebase WIFI signal is strong so distant cameras are ok. Of course there are no subscription charges arguments about cloud usage limits like you get with Arlo!
The camera battery/solar panel appear to work well, but I have my cameras usb powered, this allows 27/7 coverage. The phone app is ok, so overall I give the product 5 stars
Everything you need to set up a home security (starter) system. Easy to configure and install. Range of the WiFi for the homemade unit made positioning the cameras very easy. Having cable free install is also really beneficial and makes installation very easy.
Very good. I believe the app needs upgrading as you have to go down the list to see the cameras. The Ai shouldn’t send notifications when you or your partner or kids are linked to the app. It should only send notifications of people who are not on there.
I am very impressed with the kit. I am yet to set it up fully yet but very impressive.

Very good CcTV cameras excellent day and night videos. Easy to set up. Still learning how to use all facilities such as scanning area and timings of length of videos.
Very easy to set up the system and install the cameras. Intuitive control via a smart phone and very good picture quality from the 4K cameras. I won’t hesitate to show people the footage from the cameras and recommend purchasing a Eufy system
I purchased this kit twice. They are amazing during the day time but in
dark they do not deliver as advertised.
The daylike night vision mode did not work with me. I reported it several times, but they kept saying that the camara has too much light source arround it while there is no such light source near the cameras. I am still awaiting for a fix.
The 8 times zoom never worked, it only allow to zoom upto X2. It sends false notifications while my boiler is on. It thinks that the vapour coming out of the boiler is a human!!!
There is hugh lagging to receive the motion notifications and two way communication.
The customer service is very poor, getting through to them via telephone is nightmare, and the emails are mostly remains unanswered.
I do not recommend eufy. They should only advertised what their system is capable of.
Year review . Brought from eufy direct out of box s3 pro 3 cam kit one camera faulty purple screen all the footage in purple so sent emails back and forward they sent a replacement camera. And i returned the faulty one . So set cameras to 24/7 recording brought power cables and adapter and camera has gaps in the 24/7 recording not consistent 24/7 recording gaps in footage missing and set 2 minutes record time for events set not to cut off early so set for 2 minutes but it cuts off when ever it likes 10 seconds event clip 60 seconds event clip 6 seconds event clip cuts footage out of event been back to emails to eufy live view jumps like magic someone there 1 second then vanished missing on recording so eufy sent hard drive to fix it no still not fixed after receiving it . back to eufy more emails now they sent Homebase S380 replacement and I returned the only s380 and still not fixed after receiving they tried to fix from there side nope still not working so I asked for a full refund they said no as 3 months had passed on warranty I was only in titled to 30% money back even though it’s was faulty from the start which they know I said I will not be taking that so then I was offered 50% money back I still wanted a full refund I said they could send someone to see but they not interested.also any camera that runs through the Homebase s380 cuts off short with missing footage including the s340 solo cam also missing footage that also came with a faulty solar panel would not charge eufy had to replace it they did which fix the charging problem but still missing footage. So I got a 24/7 camera set that can’t record 24/7 without missing footage and event 2 minute clips that are anywhere between 6 seconds to 2 minutes .and it’s still not working to this day stop start footage live or recording so I do not recommend eufy or eufy products any more .its not serious cctv security system. Its a lot of money for a product that’s not worth it
I purchased a 3 camera with a 1TB Hard Drive, I spent several try to set it up but the 1TD hard drive would not work. I contacted there help line and spent several days with them trying to get it to work. There solution was for me to send it back to them to see what the problem was. This was there solution, instead of just sending me a replacement. I then, under the terms of there “ Money back guarantee if claimed under 30 days , only to be told that I have to return it for then to put it through there system to see what is wrong with it. So I am I am. £699 in to it and I have to wait for them to sort it out. I bought it on the 9 April and. It’s now the 24 April. I have “escalated“the claim so we shall see where that gets me. The way this is going my 30 day will expire before I get a satisfactory result
