eufy Security Cloud Backup Plus Annually Service (All devices)

I purchased this over 20 days ago.

Still haven’t received the services I’ve paid for, had little to no support from the teams on the live chat. I get told that they will “resolve my issues perfectly” yet I’ve still not had the service, still not received an approval from management for a refund, still not actually spoken to anyone other than when I’ve reached out to find out what’s going on.

My home still doesn’t have cloud services and I’ve purchased multiple cameras and products to secure my home as I’m away often.

This purchase has caused me more stress and worry and I wish I had stuck to my devices from a different brand - they were old and clunky but they did the job!

Extremely unhappy customer- really poor service and customer support.
