Found it easy to use and very effective.

Great robo vacuum. Very happy with it's hydro jet mop and vacuum features. Works great even on carpets which are additional on the wooden floor and don't have to pick it up. The vacuum auto detects the carpet and climbs on it and works on it like the wooden floor. If you are a young family with children this is a life saver.

I think my C28 is exactly what I expected, it vacuums and mops where it can, to the best of it's ability. What I really love though is that I don't have to do it anymore! Marvellous. Only had it a couple of weeks, so not had to change/replace anything but hopefully this won't be problematic.

Mop is great

I was skeptical about the ability of a robot vacuum mop to clean anywhere near as well as a traditional vacuum-however it does! Highly intelligent, thorough and easy to use. It is very impressive. The only issue I’d like to feedback is, that it takes 5-7 hours to dry the mop each time, I don’t leave devices running unsupervised due to fire risk, meaning I have to be in the house whilst the mop is dried for hours after each use- surely mop drying is not needed after only a vacuum. Mop drying should not occur after vacuum only and the automatic mop drying should be shortened.

This is our first eufy vacuum & mop having had another brand for some years. We're very pleased with the eufy. It was easy to setup and we love the map and the way it updates with cleaning progress. Cleaning and mopping is excellent and it's doing a great job navigating all our furniture.

I was amazed by this robot cleaner. I just set it going and it mapped my whole house. Even if something moves it just works round it. Fantastic product.

We’ve called him Vincent (the vacuum). Within two sweeps he has mapped out the house perfectly and visited all the little nooks and crannies. Deals with our deep pile carpet well and mops the bathroom floors. Fairly quiet until he goes back to base for an empty and clean.Now all we have to do is work out how to spend the extra two hours of spare time we have a week.Can’t imagine life without him. Welcome to the household Vincent.
