eufy Omni C28 Robot Vacuum & Mop with All-in-One Station

As a busy mum with messy children it’s difficult to stay on top of the cleaning all the time. The eufy c28 is sooo worth the money. While it’s doing its thing I can put away clothes, wash up and more. It makes life much easier and I wish I got it sooner!

Delivery arrived at time specified, packaged well, and driver left it inside my door as it was heavy, excellent service. The robovac is easy to set up, and instructions give direction to download the app, safety advice, and how to use via the manual. I have used both the mop / vac and vac only and I'm so happy with this machine. I have a black Labrador and her hair was driving me nuts, not any more, the problem is now solved!! I would highly recommend this vac!

Amazing bit of kit.

Brilliant robot, everything about “Gerald” is good. We’ve had him for 2 months now. When he needs maintenance, the app tells you and will show you a guide on how to do it, and it’s not very often. I purchased the fluid for the water tank and that helps a lot too, and 1 bottle lasted me 2 months, and it’s used twice a day etc

I’ve been using this for a while now, and overall it’s been a bit of a blessing, especially for daily hard floor maintenance with a dog that never stops moulting in this hot weather.It does a good job of hoovering up dust, bits from our walks and pet hair on both hard floors and short carpet. We pick up the shaggy rugs and pop these on the sofa to avoid snag ups.The roller mop actually scrubs the floors and cleans itself as it goes. It doesn't leave too much water for wood floors and it just gives everything that proper clean look. Noticeably different from just a hoover.The base station empties the bin and cleans the mop piece automatically (yay). You have to empty this periodically but we do it about once a week.Setting it up was simple. It maps the rooms at long as you have WiFi coverage. You can set up No-go zones.A bit of discipline is required which isn't a bad thing. It makes me think twice about leaving shoes out or empty shopping bags, etc.It works well on hard floors and low-pile rugs but it gets caught up in some shaggy rugs we have but these are easy to pick up and drop back later.The base makes a bit of noise while drying the mop so best done in the daytime which is no problem.​I think this is a no-brainer if you have hard floors and not too many loose items on the ground. And also pick up any rugs with tassels on the ends. We have an antique rug which has had a few tussles with this.With the dog, this has improved life so much. We still pull out the stick vacuum once in a while but this keeps everything under control without much effort.

Ive had the omi pro...broke down 3 times...got replacement and that only worked for a week.Thought Id give this one a go. Its workhorse.Every morning wakes up at 8am and does it chores. Never misses a beat. This is better than high end models as it has the same features and I love that you don't have to buy their detergent; just add cup of flash into clean water store. Its brilliant. Midway through clean cycle it goes to station to reload and then off to work.Pick it up and put on first floor and its off again.I cant think of any faults. Its Brilliant.
