Great job of cleaning and adapting to change

It takes a while to get used to the app but the C28 does a great job of cleaning and mopping the floor. It does it very efficiently. I set up a virtual wall and carpet 'no mop' areas. I added an additional room and I moved the location of the base station. The system took it all in it's stride. Very impressive.

Best Eufy robovac we have tried, prices have dropped and this is well worth your consideration

I’ve been using the Eufy C28 Omni for a few weeks now, and it’s proving to be a capable robot for day‑to‑day cleaning. The vacuuming and mopping performance is excellent, and the HydroJet roller mop leaves hard floors looking fresh without any effort. We've used several mopping robovacs, and this design is far superior. The use of a roller rather than spinning pads leaves everything much cleaner and is far more efficient, as the machine doesn't have to return to the base station to rinse and clean the pads mid-cycle. It runs quietly enough to use early in the morning, and the all‑in‑one station makes maintenance straightforward. The upgrade from the C10 feels noticeable in how thorough the cleaning cycle is, especially on hard floors.Navigation is generally reliable. It moves around rooms with purpose, avoids obstacles well and transitions between surfaces without fuss. The suction is powerful enough to manage everyday dirt, and the mopping function adds a welcome extra level of cleanliness. Scheduling is simple, and once it’s set up, it gets on with the job without needing much attention. The C28 is taller than some Eufy models because of the extra mopping features, I presume, and cannot reach under certain furniture that the C10 could manage. It also gets stuck under the kitchen cupboard kickboards in a couple of places. We have to manage this by setting no-go zones in the app. If you rely on a robot to clean under low sofas or cabinets, this is something to keep in mind though. The other issues relate to software. The mapping system can be temperamental - occasionally maps disappear completely, and you have to remap; that seems to be related to updates. It also seems like the map 'drifts' over time, so the out-of-bounds zones may need re-establishing.Overall, the C28 delivers effective cleaning, quiet operation and a proper mop function that solves many of the frustrations of spinning mop pads. It feels like a good upgrade if you want a robot that can handle both vacuuming and hard floor maintenance. The height limitation and the software issues are the only drawbacks, but I think they are very minor, and it otherwise performs very well, taking a massive burden off our daily cleaning routine.

A very capable robot vacuum and mop with accurate navigation

Navigating around furniture, cables, and stray objects left around is something the eufy C28 Omni handles neatly thanks to its responsive AI obstacle detection and precise LiDAR mapping. It rarely bumps into chair legs or gets stuck under the sofa, completing its route reliably across different rooms. The 15000Pa suction pulls up a significant amount of dust, crumbs and hair from both medium pile area rugs and hardwood floors, and the brush design genuinely resists tangling, which saves me from having to manually cut out trapped human hair every week.On the mopping side, the continuous HydroJet roller clears everyday dirt, stains, and sticky spots off the kitchen tiles rather than just dragging a damp pad around the floor. When it returns to its all-in-one station, it automatically empties the dustbin and thoroughly washes the mop head, preventing any damp smells from developing over time. The eufy Android app mapped the house accurately on the first run, making it simple to draw no go zones, especially useful around my AV equipment, or send the vacuum to clean a specific area.Knowing it is backed by local UK repair options offers a bit of peace of mind, and it manages dust, floor spills, and constant hair shedding from my partner !!!, effectively without needing constant manual intervention.

A proper upgrade from my old robot vacuum

I have had a few robot vacuums over the years and this one is the first that feels like it actually does everything I want without constant babysitting. The suction is genuinely powerful, which makes a real difference on carpets where other robots have struggled. It pulls up dust and debris that I did not even realise was there, and the roller brush handles pet hair without tangling, which has been a nice surprise. The mopping function is where this really stands out. The roller mop is washed as it works, so you are not just pushing dirty water around the floor. It actually scrubs rather than just wiping, and the self cleaning feature means it flushes out the mop after each run. The floors come up looking properly clean, not just damp. The dustbin and water tank are easy to empty and fill, and the base station handles most of the maintenance for you.Navigation has been spot on. The app mapping is quick to build a layout of the house and it does not get confused by furniture or doorways. It moves around with purpose rather than bouncing around randomly. The obstacle avoidance is clever enough to dodge things like cables and shoes, which has saved me from having to rescue it from tangles or getting stuck. It also handles transitions between hard floors and carpets without any issues. The app is straightforward and gives you control over zones, no-go areas, and cleaning schedules. It even offers a local repair feature, which gives you some peace of mind if anything goes wrong. It integrates well with the whole setup and the cleaning history is useful for tracking what has been done. For a robotic vacuum, it does not feel like a compromise. It is quiet enough to run when you are home, efficient enough to handle a whole floor on one charge, and the self cleaning station means you do not have to think about it too often. If you are looking for a robot that actually cleans properly and does not need constant attention, this is a strong contender.

Great cleaner

Easy to use. I'm pleased with the results and it doesn't scare the dogs! My floors are gleaming and my cream carpets look really good. I would recommend the Omni c28.

Love it!!!

Oh my dayz. This is absolutely brilliant. From an unknown manufacturer for me I was curious to try this out.I am delighted to say that this has been a great help to me.It is very easy to set up and doesn’t take up much room.It senses what floor it’s on and seems to work well. It has missed the odd bits but that’s not a big issue for me.

Superb performance as a mop and vacuum. Great on dog hair

I've been using the Eufy Omni C23 for a few weeks now and it's made a noticeable difference to keeping the floors clean. The suction power is excellent. I have a Border Collie who sheds constantly and I also have long hair, so our floors are always covered in hair. The C23 handles both really well and I've been surprised by how little hair gets tangled around the brushes. The mopping function is also very good. The self cleaning mop head is one of my favourite features as it means much less maintenance for me. It leaves my hard floors looking clean and fresh and does a much better job than I expected from a robot cleaner.I do think it performs best on hard floors, where the results are really impressive, but it still does a good job on carpets and picks up plenty of dirt and pet hair with excellent suctionThe app was easy to set up and the mapping was quick. Once everything was configured I could largely leave it to get on with the job. The self-emptying and self-cleaning dock also saves a lot of effort compared to a standard robot vacuum. The only downside for me is that the dock can be quite noisy when it empties, but it only lasts a short time and isn't enough to put me off using it. I have it scheduled to run at night and really appreciate coming down to fresh clean carpets and floors each morningOverall I'm very happy with it. It's coped brilliantly with pet hair, long hair and everyday dirt, and it's reduced the amount of time I spend vacuuming and mopping myself.

Great performance and little maintenance required

From the moment you start using this eufy robot, it makes a strong impression. Getting it set up is genuinely simple because the app walks you through everything step by step. Within minutes you are ready to go. When that first cleaning run begins, you can immediately tell how powerful the suction is. The numbers on the box do not lie. On full power it actually lifts my smaller, lighter rugs as it tries to clean them. That is where the app comes in handy. You can lower the suction level for specific rooms or zones, which completely solves the problem. Most of the time the robot picks up everything in a single pass. The app even lets you schedule multiple passes if you ever feel the need, which is a bit funny considering how well it cleans already.I have owned several robot vacuums and vacuum mops over the years, and this one is easily my favourite. It has completely replaced a year old robot vacuum that used a traditional mop pad. I had stopped that older model from mopping altogether because it did such a poor job and still required me to clean up after it. This machine is the opposite. It cleans far better than I do, and that really impresses me.The eufy app also beats the ones that came with my previous robots. After mapping, you get a 3D room view that is brilliant. You can spin the rooms around to see them from different angles, and the live view of the robot's position as it moves through the house has become something I really love. That feature makes the whole system feel more modern and more enjoyable to use.The HydroJet roller mop is a standout. It keeps itself evenly wet, so hard floors get a clean, consistent finish instead of the streaky look you get from pad based mops. The station then washes and dries the roller automatically, which means no damp smell and no dirty pads to deal with. In everyday floor care, this feels like a proper upgrade.Surprisingly, maintenance is easy. You do have to remove a few parts for cleaning, like the roller, the filter, and the mop assembly. But the app walks you through each one with clear instructions. The whole routine takes about five minutes, and nothing feels awkward or finicky. The station handles most of the heavy lifting anyway, so you only need to manually clean occasionally. The app even prompts you when it is time, so you never have to remind yourself. The all in one station is big, but it is incredibly convenient. It empties the dust, washes and dries the mop, and keeps the robot ready for its next run. That makes the whole system feel almost hands off. AI obstacle avoidance has been reliable, and the robot moves confidently around the house without hesitation. Mapping is quick, and the app makes it easy to set up rooms, zones, and schedules. For the amount of power it delivers, noise levels are reasonable. Build quality feels solid, and the white finish looks clean and modern. The robot itself feels sturdy. The app is straightforward with everything laid out clearly.Overall, this eufy robot is one of the most capable cleaners I have used. The strong suction, excellent roller mop, and fully automated station make everyday cleaning effortless. The house stays noticeably cleaner with very little input from me, and it has fit perfectly into our routine.

A serious machine, ideal for pet owners and busy households

I was thinking about upgrading my X10 for a while, we have dogs and whilst I really like the X10, I felt the suction was a little too low to deal with my shedding dog (Golden retriever). I had no worries with this though, around 2x more suction, this is powerful! The first thing I noticed was the mapping was really quick during the setup. Out of the box, set up and it really mapped well whilst cleaning. It's fast too, the 1000sqft downstairs area of the house took around 1hr and 30 mins and with this, it's in at just under an hour. The noise level is low, it goes about it's business without really disturbing anyone, I might have to turn the TV up a little if it comes in when I'm watching, but I could have this running whilst I'm upstairs and unless it's emptying it's dustbin, I wouldn't notice. It looks great, the white sits in the corner and doesn't draw the eye.The biggest upgrade on this, however, is the roller mop. My previous one had rotating mop heads, whilst they were good, they did leave swirl marks on my laminate, the roller mop really works well at removing heavy soiling and it leaves a lovely streak free finish. In all, this is a great little unit, I've had 3x robovacs in the past and this is by far the best so far. For the price as well, this is marketed as a mid range, but it's seriously good value for money, it's an upgrade on the X10 in my experience and costs around the same. Fantastic unit from Eufy yet again!
