Does the X8 Pro roller brush prevent hair tangles?

Hair tangles are a thing of the past with X8 Pro. It features a built-in comb that continuously cleans the roller brush while it rotates to prevent tangles. You can also have the roller brush detangled via the app whenever the robot is docked.

Can I upgrade my X8 Pro by purchasing the Self-Empty Station separately?

Absolutely, the Self-Empty Station is compatible with all X8 Pro models. All you need to do is purchase the Self-Empty Station and adapter cable.

How many dust bags does X8 Pro with Self-Empty Station include out of the box?

X8 Pro with Self-Empty Station comes with one dust bag conveniently pre-installed so you can start cleaning right away. You can order more dustbags via eufy support.

Does X8 Pro's mopping function have the capability to recognize carpets?

X8 Pro's mopping function does not have the ability to identify carpets and automatically lift its mop like the eufy Clean X9 Pro. So it's advised to set up a no-mop zone prior to use. And if your cleaning needs are solely focused on vacuuming, you can simply detach the mopping module.

X8 Pro comes with a mopping function. What should I do if I only want to use the vacuum feature?

X8 Pro has a built-in mopping function. However, if you only want to vacuum, you can simply remove the mopping module.

So much time saved, and no build up of dog hair! Amazing!

We have a super busy family home, one German Shepherd, two cats and two children, and the fact I can set our eufy to work while we sleep is a godsend. What an amazing start to the day coming downstairs to hoover lines! Thank you eufy!

So bad

Its so bad im laughing how terrible it is just constantly gets stuck cant find its way home cant go over carpet because it says its not tauching the ground and wont go over doorway also emptys all the debris all over its charging base, suction is also terrible just goes round making a loud noice not actually sucking up.

It also only has one brush

Product never worked out of the box. Eufy customer service terrible.

Purchased the X8pro-SES.
it didn’t worked out of the box - it had a laser error. I had an expensive plastic brick. It should never have passed quality control and left the factory. Eufy customer service was terrible. Spent days bouncing around answering the same questions. Eventually gave up and returned it for a full refund. I’m sure the product is ok - if you get one that has passed some form of quality control, but Eufy - get a handle on your customer service. It’s REALLY poor. If you want customers to spend money and be loyal to your brand. Take ownership and sort it when you mess up.

An excellent product, looks very cool and nice. The material is very strong and sturdy, feels and looks more expensive than it actually is. Could also make a great gift for a loved one. Love that it is lightweight, very effective and comes to great use. Great size and shape, easy to clean and also just as easy to put together for its best use. Packed very well, no damage or anything. Long lasting, can’t complain! Could be a bit lower in price as it is quite expensive, however you would receive high quality cameras with a large storage. They work very well overnight, night vision is excellent. Not the hardest to set up, can be done fairly quickly when following the guide that's within the package. Picture quality is excellent. Definitely recommend.
