Great robot cleaner!

Does everything we hoped it would. Vacuums everywhere, mops the hard floors. Does a great job!

Where has it been all my life!!!

It hoovers and mops so well. Lift up when on carpet or rug. I have 3 small children and I’m able to spend more time with them than spending time cleaning. The app is super easy to use and set up.
If your thinking of buying. Don’t delay !!

Great little robot!

Cleans and mops the floors as well as two hand held upright vacuum and steam mop! The apps very good, everything works and it's easy to set schedules and where not to go.

A wonderful addition to the family

So far this has been a great addition. Mapping works well and floor mop does a really good job. We bought the floor cleaner which has made it feel clean. It brings up a lot of dirt. This has been a game changer for us.

The best robot

I have had this little robot for several weeks, now. I switched from a very prominent robot vacuum brand because the last 2 I had from them were needy and unreliable.

This little dude is neither. The mopping is a revelation. My kitchen looks great every day. The contact charging pins are on the back of the device, so it is far less likely to get mucky and refuse to charge like the brand I had before. Who puts charging points on the bottom of a cleaning robot? Madness. Anyway, this robot gets around my downstairs in record time, with loads of battery to spare, and the mapping (radar?) it has is significantly better than my last "smart" vacuum.

If I am being picky, my C20 has been wandering around with a dusty tail a few times. Maybe in the next software update Eufy could increase the duration of the emptying cycle just to clear out the debris from the dust collection port? This could also be due to Christmas... the main culprit seems to be errant pine needles that I hadn't spotted when we took the tree down.

Also NB to your web developers: you can't use this form if your computer is in dark mode.

Amazing product, no regrets

Brilliant!

It’s no substitute for a normal vacuum once in a while, but it’s made such a difference day to day, keeping on top of dog hair and general kids much - especially during winter. Mopping function also works really well - glad we went for the higher spec with rotating mop heads. We’re a few weeks in and really happy with the purchase. We are usually around when it’s running and lift majority of objects off the floor. We’re all hard floors downstairs. Does a surprisingly good job on rugs but my only slight criticism is where the rug meets the floor - it would be improved by doing a lap of the rug. But we sometimes roll them up to give it a chance around the edges.

Great robot vacuum and mop if a little small and noisy

I bought the Eufy Omni C20 to replace a faulty Roborock QRevo S with Lidar.
Of the two, I do prefer Roborock. However, I will not buy another Roborock due to the lack of UK customer support.
Back to the Eufy Omni C20:
Positives:
It is slightly smaller than the Roborock meaning it can clean under more furniture.
It works better if used per room rather than a full house clean.
It does the job.
Negatives:
After use, and the mop heads are being cleaned at the docking station, it is very, very noisy.
The lack of Lidar means it does have a habit of knocking into things.
The mop function has a short period of cleaning ability before having to return to the dock to be refreshed, this means cleaning per room is more efficient than cleaning the whole house as it takes a long time to complete.
It does tend to miss areas of a room. Not sure why?
It does not like cleaning around dining chairs and will abandon that area so all chairs have to be lifted before cleaning. I never had this problem with Roborock. For that reason, I don't believe I could start cleaning remotely without preparing the room beforehand.

Great tobot vacuum

Vacuums well and does this automatically every day. The floor washing is good but just a surface clean and not deep. A great device for our new kitchen floor which is light grey. I would recommend this.n
