Absolute game changer

After much thought and over years worth of procrastination I purchased this model. From the packaging, to the ease of setup and app use, Eufy have got it sorted. It mapped out all 3 floors of my house with ease but it’s regular domain is my ground floor. It hoovers and mops well and I do not exaggerate when I say that this has bought me real happiness. We are busy full time working parents or 2 teens and a dog and this copes with all of our floor messes. It gets over thresholds like a champ, switches between mopping and hoovering when it hits a rug. The hassle is clearing the decks before I go to bed, leads, dinning table chairs but it’s a small price to pay. It’s a little cumbersome to use on the first and second floor because you have to situate the whole unit on that floor, but it doesn’t bother me. Roberta as we’ve affectionately called her can be scheduled to come on when you like, can be customised to clean different rooms in a particular way and then she empties, cleans and drys herself. Brilliant product Eufy!

Excellent. A life changer

I bought this because of mobility problems. This is going to save me a fortune on hiring a cleaner. Easy to set up. It maps the rooms quickly and these only improve when it does its 1st clean. I live in a small 1 bed bungalow and it mopped and vacuumed all rooms in 30 minutes. I’m very impressed.

Very happy with the purchase. Has good mapping options and doesn't get suck like my last one.

Great robot hoover

Love our Eufy, it doesn't run into many problems and leaves the floor clean and tidy. We put it on when we go to bed so have a clean floor in the morning. Haven't had to change the mops yet (a month in) and the app is easy to use and lets us see the usage of each component.

We absolutely love our Eufy – or as we call him, Wall-E!
He zooms around keeping the floors spotless while we get on with family time.
Our daughter has a clean space to play in and we can put our feet up knowing Wall-E has everything under control.
He’s become part of the family – reliable, hardworking and never complains!
