Great robot vacuum

After lots of research, to replace a previous robot vacuum that stopped mopping. And had to be emptied by hand all the time. I decided I to buy the Omni C20.
I am over the moon with it! The unit & robot are high quality. It doesn’t look or sound cheap like my previous one (other brand).
Set up was so easy. I use it just about everyday. I cannot recommend it enough.

Very pleased

Very pleased with my purchase. I haven't had to work out instructions either (although will need to once bag / mop pads need changing!) Just followed the very brief initial instructions in the box, downloaded the app, and it's all fairly self explanatory. Fantastic little device and can start it remotely using the app in case you're out antisocial hours, just need to make sure you've topped up the mop water if you want it to mop.
Cleans its own mop, only maintenance is emptying dirty water and filling up clean.
I can come home to a clean house.
My only reservation (which has nothing to do with the product itself) is that it scares my toddler, so I imagine it would do the same to some pets- easy to manage in my case as I run it when we are out.

Money well spent, house is now much cleaner, and it forces me to keep a tidy house so that it can get the best out of a clean. As a single mum with all hard wood floors it used to be very tricky to keep the house clean but now I see it clean once a day!!
So happy with it I'd persuaded a family member to get one one day in!

My helper round the house

Ordered the WiFi Omni C20 online. It arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for setting it up and linking it to Eufy app on phone was simplicity itself. The app is very easy to use and intuitive. I love having the options of vacuum only, vacuum and wash, or wash only. Lots of options for cleaning the whole flat or just a room. It mapped the whole flat in minutes and then set off according to my instructions to clean the whole flat. Very good clean. The robot is low enough to get right under the sofa. It didn't fall down the stairs either. Every now and again it would come back and rewet the mops, or empty the dirt or to recharge. I have now set it to clean the flat every other day while I'm at work. Highly recommend this robot vacuum. Worth every penny particularly if you buy it at a sale price.

Worth it.

I would recommend this to everyone, however I can say that you need to make sure it is on the highest settings to get the best results. After using this for months now, I can say without it my house would never look the same.
