eufy Auto-Empty C10

I saw this half price and thought my Roomba is 5 year old now, time to upgrade.
Easy to assemble and got connected to the Eufy app.
Great cleaning and does a better job than my previous robot vac. Love that it automatically empties.

I love my Eufy C10.No mop so no water tank which is just what I wanted. Cleans downstairs every morning. I’ve probably not got the hang of all the ins and outs but will probably contact Eufy at a later date.So good I’m thinking of getting another for upstairs !

Works pretty good. A little bumpy but I guess it’s not the top model so the camera isn’t the best. Seems to map every room correctly and collects most of the dirt. Running well over thick carpet and wood floors. I can recommend this vac.

Hustle free

I was skeptical at first that this ‘robot’ vacuum cleaner would actually find it’s way around the furniture and kitchen without getting stuck but I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Our carpets now get vacuumed more frequently than when I was using a manual upright cleaner as I can ask it to clean any room in the house whilst I am out and it’s lovely and clean on my return. It isn’t quick but that’s not a problem as you can do other things whilst it is working and it’s not very noisy either. It was easy to set up and takes ‘orders’ from my phone.

I needed a robovac that I could tuck out of the way and that would still tackle four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a landing in a house with a large and hairy dog! It's brilliant.

Just received this today and I couldn’t be happier, does exactly as you’d expect and very thorough. Had a bit of a hiccup with getting my order dispatched but as soon as I reached out this was sorted. I highly recommend

At only just having this just shy of 8 weeks, I can only base my review on this hoover thus so far and cannot comment on it's long term longevity. I was quite curious to see what the vacuum was all about. We live in a 2 bed semi detached house and I mainly wanted this for upstairs to clean the carpets up there as opposed to downstairs as my stick hoover is sufficient for that. This in April 2025 was priced at £269.00 at the time of requesting for review and looked to be a similar price to others selling on Amazon at the time. I was drawn to the fact that this hoover is self emptying and we made sure that it's base was placed in the back bedroom which is ut the way and a room with less traffic.The caim on the sellers page is up to 60 days if hands free cleaning and being as we are only just near to 8 weeks, so far this is ringing true. I believe the seller has ther options that seem to be more advanced than ours but I quite like how this looks more bijou being that our house is quite small. The actually Hoover doesn't stand too tall either and hasn't had any problems going under units with legs like wardrobes and chest of drawers though it hasn't been able to access parts of the toilet ( we have a split bathroom I our rented house), so I have had to pop upstairs with a smaller hoover for that room only. We have a mix of short pile upstairs carpet and linkin the two bathroom parts.You have to download the app to get the full advantage of this little hoover as well as dictate where it can and cannot go. It maps the area first and gives you a decent floorplan of upstairs and then you can track exactly where it has been or if there have been any issues. It really is quiet and even my do isn't scared by the noise though she isn't keen on it's mobility, so we keep her downstairs as it does it's thing. Now having ultra fine hair, I moult more than my dog as my dog is a breed that hypoallergenic and rarely loose a strand if hair ( her breed has hair and not fur). So I have noticed that even though it picks up the hair, is self cleaning, my hair is still getting caught on the roller. I don't think I have ever found a hoover that really has got around this especially with hair on the carpet and actually think having brushes on the rotating roller is the worst culprit for this as the hair tangles around the brushes. Maybe a wiper blade would stop this but who am I to know as I'm no hoover technician. So I have had to flip it every couple of days to cut away with scissors. I think hair on hard floors is cleaned away much more easier and doesn't tangle. Colour wise this is black for the disc and like a charcoal black for the base though I would like for it to be maybe more neutral colours if larked on display.It has an arm that sort of pops out when it needs to hoover edges which is pretty cool though I doubt the spiders are too happy with that. It only works off your wifi, son if our internet is more 5G based then ut doesn't work which makes me wonder for those living in alternative living arrangements like on a boat fo example. Oh and it will hoover up everything it comes across, so make sure you tidy before it goes on it's merry travels. I do like how you can create no go zones like near the stairs as an example and you can chose cleaning times as your not going to want this going during the night. I do like that the app also tells you when oats will need replacing too which is very informative though not sure if it's possible to source directly from the brand for spare parts o whether available on Amazon.

I heard a lot about Eufy products but never had the chance to try them properly! until I got this C10 robot vacuum. I had the chance to use this on multiple occasions now and it is no short of the praise it gets. It is reliable, has amazing battery life, and delivers very good suction, not as robust as my wired vacuum, but good enough to keep me away from the pain of using it.It connects nicely with my smart home, and as long as it is placed in an obstruction free space, you can literally get it to start a clean whenever and wherever.The dust bag is definitely innovative and makes it ideal as I don't have to bother with emptying the bag after use. In sum, using this Eufy has made my life easier, and I am having clean floors and carpet without having to bother much. I only need to help it sometimes if it is obstructed or stuck, but now I learned to clear the path constantly for it to never get stuck again.All in all very pleased with the set up, app support, smart features, integration with my smart home, and most importantly the performance.
