eufy Clean X9 Pro with Auto-Clean Station

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the eufy x9 robot cleaner. I had high expectations for this product, but sadly, it has failed to deliver on multiple fronts.

Firstly, the navigation system of the eufy x9 is abysmal. It consistently fails to recognize objects in its path, resulting in constant collisions with furniture and other obstacles. This not only causes potential damage to my belongings but also adds unnecessary frustration to the cleaning process.

Furthermore, the robot cleaner's inability to recognize carpet is a major drawback. Instead of avoiding carpeted areas, it mindlessly mops over them, rendering the cleaning function ineffective. This flaw renders the eufy x9 useless for maintaining the cleanliness of carpeted floors, which is a significant limitation for a cleaning device.

To make matters worse, the eufy x9 fails to clean right up to the edge of the room. It leaves visible dirt and debris along the walls and corners, indicating a lack of thoroughness in its cleaning capabilities. This defeats the purpose of investing in an automated cleaning device, as it requires manual cleaning afterward to achieve satisfactory results.

Considering the above-mentioned issues, I find the eufy x9 robot cleaner to be an absolute waste of money. Its poor navigation, failure to recognise carpet, and inability to clean right up to the edge of the room make it an unreliable and inefficient cleaning solution. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their purchase decision and explore other options that offer better performance and value for money.

To give a perspective I have had the item since the beginning of December 2023 and it has cleaned for just over 14hours as it efficiency is that bad I have reverted back to a vacuum and hand held mop for far superior results.

FOR SALE - USED X9 Robot cleaner

With a busy dog in and out of the house all day long and working long hours it is difficult to keep the floors as clean as I would like them. They are now hovered and mopped daily , even when I am at work. The best invention yet!

After a lot of research I decided on the Eufy X9 Pro (I have the Eufy doorbell system and love it)
All I can say is I am not disappointed, I love it, my husband even came home the other night and remarked on how clean the floors looked and he never notices anything, or so I thought LOL !! We have a very light coloured Karndean floor over a lot of the house and it shows every mark, this sorts it out. I totally recommend this product, in fact, I'm already telling my friends about it.
It was so easy to set up and I love that I can operate it from an app !!

cleans like a hurricane

As older people our son installed this for us and it didn't take him long. The clarity of images is great and is so easy to see when people are coming and going. Really great buy and excellent value for money
