No, the dustbin isn’t emptied automatically. Empty reminders for the 410 ml dustbin are sent after 10 cleaning hours, ideal for families with kids as it avoids the noise of a self-empty feature. The Auto-Clean Station does wash and dry the mop pads.
Does X9 Pro support a 5 GHz Wi-Fi？
No, it only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, which is supported by virtually all routers. Simply choose the most suitable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup to ensure a stable signal during the cleaning process.
Does X9 Pro work on carpets?
Yes, when X9 Pro detects carpets, the mop is automatically raised 12 mm to keep your carpets dry while vacuuming.
Can I add a cleaning solution to the clean water tank?
Yes, you can add eufy cleaning solution to the clean water tank to wash the mop pads. Avoid using a non-eufy floor cleaner solution as this may cause damage.
Does X9 Pro support multi-floor cleaning?
Yes, it supports multi-floor cleaning. For different floors, you can turn on Multi-Map Saving to save up to five maps. The Auto Mop Washing switch can be turned off to allow the RoboVac to mop multiple floors without returning to the base station.
