eufy X10 Pro Omni

I've had another brand robot hoover for about 3 years but once that developed issues I pre ordered the X10 pro.
It does exactly as it's says. It's so easy to set up and use, the app makes it easy to navigate and I have used most of the features Inc settings up schedules and scenarios

Users check you messages in the app I also got a free accessory pack

The only downfall (but a fairly big one) is that when I take him upstairs he will only hoover. It says it can't mop because the base isn't upstairs.
Even trying to start him going downstairs so his mop is wet, then moving him upstairs doesn't work. He just won't mop my bathrooms.

I am now on my third robot vacuum cleaner from eufy. I have stuck like glue to them because of the quality and performance that their products offer. I spotted the x10 pro Omni and could not resist. This cleaner seemed to offer so much. The suction power alone drew me in... As well as the £200 early bird discount. So far I'm not impressed as I am unimpressed. My X8 Hybrid was an awesome machine and it never failed or floundered once. It never got stuck. It never rucked up a rug. It did as it was told and then went home to rest. Perfectly. I'm hoping the issues that I'm having with the X10 can be overcome. It gets stuck all the time and doesn't even clean a complete room. Maybe firmware updates will solve this. It is very disappointing that no extra filter or side brushes or any extra replacement parts were included in the box. Replacements were included in both the other models that I have purchased. I'm going to stick with it and hopefully grow to love it like I did instantly with the X8H.

Great so far. It's fun to watch. It's a bit too good climbing over obstacles. Can get itself in a pickle sometimes. I've blocked some such areas.

9/10 great product, very clever. Leaves some swirl marks from mopping but very pleased.
