eufy E28 | Robot Vacuum & Mop with Portable Deep Cleaner

I am very impressed with the Eufy E28 Omni. It cleans both carpets and hard floors thoroughly and the mopping function works surprisingly well. The suction is powerful and it easily picks up pet hair and dust. The navigation is very smart and it never gets stuck under furniture. The automatic dust collection system is a great convenience and saves time. The app is simple to use and allows full control even when I am not home. Overall this robot vacuum makes daily cleaning effortless and keeps my home spotless. Highly recommended.

I had a couple of early robot vacs but they were useless. I left it a few years and then took the plunge with this device and what a difference. It does a daily clean up and I am as happy as Larry.

By far the best robot vacuum weve had. Absolutely love it and would reccomend without hesitation. It comes well packaged in a fairly large cardboard box. It has everything you need in the box and it's very own station to deposit and empty the collected debris to. You're able to set up and use, using the app on your phone. It learns the layout of your home and the rooms you're using it in, with you able to set no go areas also. It looks and feels of excellent quality. Having the docking station, it does taking up a little more room that a standard robot vacuum, but well worth it, meaning theres very little for you to do, other than empty the bag once full. The docking station, houses a portable spot cleaner, so the set up has everything you need, from hoovering, mopping and carpet cleaning small areas. We are yet to use the spot cleaner and havent had any muddy/dirty/stainrd areas, im sure this will change once autumn comes round. The vacuum has a 2.5l water tank to do the mopping. It has a good size 3l dust collection bin which is holds a good amount. It's great you can set it up, sit back and relax and let it do its job. With it different modes of suction power, it actually works really well and isn't too loud when in use. Even with having a dog in the home, it's picked up really well. We even tested it by running over the shark vaccum and it didnt pick up any extra of the floor at all. The vacuum automatically delects carpet from hard flooring and will incresse its suction power on its own accord. It great using it upstairs, being able to get into some if the hard to reach areas like under beds without getting stuck at all. With its brushes it manages to pick up with ease. Did wonder how it would cope going near the top of the stairs, this was no issue either. No tipping off, it can sense theres no more flooring and doesnt go any further over. Love the fact it even makes its own way back to the charging Dock recharge itself. A really decent battery life, giving plenty of time to do a good clean around. You're able to connect to an alexa or Google device, enabling the skill, so you can command it to start cleaning or stop. Its fun showing off to guest who ask what is it and how does it even work. Takes away the chore and hard work of hoovering up. A really impressive machine which doesn't disappoint.

I have upgraded from a very basic robot vacuum that did also mop but this is much better. The floor is much cleaner. The base station is loud when it's emptying itself but not for long. I haven't used the spot cleaner yet but I'm sure it will be good.

I got this because first, I'm disabled, so vacuuming is just a faff. Second, I inherited my mother's elderly fitted carpets, and really don't want to buy new ones. Thus, this two in one combination seemed ideal for me. The whole thing is nearly housed in a docking system, with the robot cleaner on the bottom and the washer fitting neatly on top. It is quite bulky though, so needs a designated space. There's also a remote control. This is easy to operate, even I can't get it wrong. The robot cleaner works by mapping your room, so sensing obstacles to avoid and the area to be vacuumed. It does an excellent job of this, including picking up my hard to see embroidery fluff. It deals well with cat fur too. The accompanying washer is easy to use, you merely fill it and use the brush attachment to clean any spills or you can do the whole carpet. Then the dirty water is sucked back into the container to be emptied. It's a sleek, well designed unit that I find easy to use. Very little lifting, or struggling with yards of vacuum hose. Even taking it upstairs is doable, the vacuum is fairly lightweight, and the washer had a carrying handle. Yes, it is expensive, but it does tick all the boxes for me.
