A very capable robot cleaning unit

I’ve been really impressed with the E28 overall. Initially I thought the built-in spot washer sounded a bit gimmicky, but having used it for a month now I can actually see the appeal. It’s quite nice having one appliance that can also tackle smaller carpet or fabric spills without needing to drag out a separate spot cleaner. My only real niggle is that the spot cleaning unit still needs to stay attached to the power and slightly wish I could fully lift it out and carry and use it independently (rechargable).Getting started was fairly straightforward and the app setup was easy to follow and it connected to our home wifi without any issues. I’d definitely recommend taking the time to clear floors properly before the first mapping run so it can learn the rooms accurately, although it does seem to improve and refine the maps over time as it continues cleaning over time. For hard floors it’s been excellent. The combination of vacuuming and the roller mop keeps things looking consistently clean, and I personally prefer the roller style over spinning mop pads. I also like that the dock washes and dries the roller afterwards so it doesn’t end up damp and unpleasant between cleans. The app gives plenty of control too, whether you want a full house clean or specific rooms and zones.I don’t think it completely replaces a traditional vacuum cleaner in a house with cats - I still need to do a proper vacuum every few days to stay on top of embedded fur in carpets - but for everyday crumbs, dust and keeping hard floors maintained it does a very good job and the suction is reasonable. Most of the process is basically hands-free apart from topping up the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water when prompted. You do still need to periodically clean parts of the machine itself, but the app is good at reminding you when maintenance is due.Overall, I’m really pleased with it and it’s become a genuinely useful addition to the house.

Genuinely innovative in house cleaning upgrade.

The eufy e28 omni is essentially the "swiss army knife" of floor care. most robot vacuums are just automated sweepers, but this one bridges the gap between a hands-off floor cleaner and a serious spot-cleaning machine by integrating a detachable deep cleaner right into its base station. An excellent feature is definitely the hydrojet system. while other robots just drag a damp cloth around, this uses a roller-style mop that scrubs the floor 360 times per minute with 1.5kg of downward pressure. it’s genuinely effective at lifting dried-on spills rather than just smearing them. coupled with the "cornerrover" arm that extends to hit tight edges, you get a level of floor coverage that usually requires a second pass with a manual mop.what really sets it apart from the sea of other omni-stations is the flexi-one detachable deep cleaner. it lives in the top of the base station, keeping it charged and ready to go. if your pet has an accident on a rug or you spill coffee on the sofa, you just pull it out and use it like a handheld spot cleaner. it’s a brilliant piece of design that saves you from having to drag out a bulky carpet shampooer for minor messes.the suction power is rated at a massive 20,000 pa. in practice, it’s a powerhouse for picking up pet hair and fine dust from deep within carpets, aided by the duo-spiral anti-tangle brushes that actually stay clean. it’s also highly "set-it-and-forget-it," with a station that handles auto-emptying, mop washing with detergent, and hot-air drying to stop that "damp mop" smell from ever taking hold. However a few thoughts and perhaps negatives depending on your use case.• the station is a beast: because it houses a portable cleaner and all the tanks, the base is quite large. you’ll need a dedicated spot with a bit of clearance for it to dock easily.• vacuuming vs. mopping: while the mopping is stellar, some power users note that its vacuuming performance on thick rugs can be hit-or-miss compared to dedicated high-end vacuums. it shines brightest on hard floors and low-pile carpets.• the noise: when it goes into "auto-empty" mode after a job, it makes its presence known. it’s definitely not a "quiet mode" machine when it’s cleaning its own bins.Essentially at its price point, you aren't just buying a robot—you're buying an entire floor-care system. if you have a busy home with kids or pets and find yourself constantly spot-cleaning spills, having that handheld cleaner always ready at the dock is well worth considering and should make things much easier for you.

A powerful all in one floor cleaner for hard floors and carpets.

I have been really impressed with this robot vacuum. It feels like a proper premium cleaning system rather than just a basic robot that wanders around the floor. The suction is extremely strong, it lifts dust and hair properly from carpets, and it leaves hard floors looking clean in one pass.Because it deals with hard floors and carpets, it gives great coverage for a full home - it also seems to get better, and closer to the edges with time and further passes. The mopping is one of the best parts for me. It does more than just drag a damp pad around, and it actually scrubs the floor well enough to deal with more stubborn marks. The edge cleaning is also very good, especially around skirting boards and corners where a lot of robot vacuums usually fall short. It's very good at mapping around chair legs, cables, doors etc. The intelligence is impressive, it identifies objects and then feeds that back int he app.The app is very clever showing a 3D map of the room / rooms, multiple maps can be created too for different floors. The station makes a big difference in day to day use. It empties the dust, washes the mop pads, and dries them afterwards, so I do not have to keep dealing with the messy parts myself. The built in portable deep cleaner is also genuinely useful, because it means I can handle carpets, upholstery, and spot cleaning without dragging out another machine. It does sometimes struggle at thresholds between rooms, leaving some dirt that needs clearing up. Also the drying takes a long time - around 4-5 hours after use, and its a little noisy, so plan accordingly. The main downside is the docking station takes up a fair bit of space, It also only works on 2.4GHz Wi Fi, so that is something I would check before setting it up. Even so, it does enough to justify the cost for me, and overall I would say it is good if not great value for money, we use it every 2 days and just do a quick pass after to get anything it's missed.

Remarkable Robot Vacuum

This is now my second robot vacuum and I thought my previous one was great until I used this and it just blew the other one away.It is a relatively big unit which Is probably largely due to the lift off cleaning capability however it looks great and is relatively unobtrusive once you find a reasonable home for it.Getting it setup is really simple and straightforward with I big clear guide included that takes you through the unboxing and initial setup. Once everything is in place you move over to app for configuration. Configuration and registration is simple and then it’s off for a mapping run. The mapping is the part that really impressed me. My other vacuum takes the better part of an hour to map my home. This took slightly longer than five minutes and gives you life updates as it goes. Once done you have the option fine tune the map and designate no go areas or vacuum only rooms. Then it’s time to start cleaning. It’s incredibly capable at detecting changes in floor type so that it can tell when to mop or not. Both mopping and vacuuming are incredible efficient with my home looking spotless. It’s fairly quiet in its general vacuuming with it only being noticeably loud when it returns to the base to empty itself. It does have a handy do not disturb setting so that at certain times of day it won’t do the emptying.Empty the dirty water tank or the vacuum bad is super simple and intuitive. The lift away spot cleaner is really effective and surprisingly tidy when not in use.My only real complaint is I found the app a little bit lacking for general use and not as intuitive as other apps I have used. I would have like to have seen a completion report for example providing some detail on the cleaning performed and maybe highlighting where concentrated dirty spots were identified. Over all though this is a wonderful product I am glad to have in my home.

If you want the absolute best for your home, this is it.

This is a powerhouse of a machine that takes hands-free cleaning to an entirely new level.I’ve owned various vacuums before... the E28 Omni is truly in a league of its own. It doesn't just skim the surface; it feels like having a professional cleaning crew on call 24/7.It is incredibly versatile, transitioning between hard floors, thick carpets, and even upholstery with ease, all while maintaining stability and learning the environment around it quickly.Aesthetically, the whole unit looks amazing. It is big and bulky sure, but looks great doing it. The unit is very well constructed and supremely durable. It only takes about 5 mins to read the instructions and guidance and set this euftttKey Things to Know...Unrivalled Suction Power: With a massive 20,000 Pa turbo suction, this is significantly more powerful than almost any other robot vacuum on the market. It pulls dust and pet hair from deep within carpet fibres in a single pass, leaving the floors genuinely spotless.Innovative 3-in-1 System: What sets this apart is the portable deep cleaner. While the robot handles the floors, you have a detachable spot cleaner ready to tackle stubborn stains on the sofa or car seats. It’s a complete home cleaning ecosystem in one station.HydroJet Mopping: The mopping isn't just a damp cloth being dragged along. The system applies 1.5 kg of downward pressure and scrubs 360 times per minute, effectively removing dried-on stains that other robots usually miss.Genuine Hands-Free Maintenance: The All-In-One Station is a marvel. It washes the mops with clean water, dries them with 35–50°C heated air to prevent smells, and empties the dust bin. The 3L dust bag is so efficient that I only need to think about it every 2 to 2.5 months.Smart Navigation & Edge Care: The CornerRover Arm is a brilliant. Most robots leave a dusty strip along the skirting boards, but this arm extends to ensure 100% edge coverage. The app is intuitive, making it simple to set no-go zones or schedule specific room cleans. The Verdict...At £999, this is a premium investment, but it is a 5-star appliance that justifies its price tag through sheer performance and time saved. The 'Zero Tangling' brushes actually work, the mopping is heavy-duty, and the portable spot cleaner makes this the most comprehensive cleaning tool I’ve ever used.If you want the absolute best for your home, this is it.

Very happy, like having a maid.

I honestly cannot recommend this cleaning system enough. It is super clever. Very easy to use, once you have found a place to house it within its measurement limits you can if you wish simply press start and off it will go, the first time out it does a full cycle of all areas in order to map out its route and then goes back over everywhere vacuuming and mopping. You can download the Eufy app and pair with the machine which is very quick and a good connection, and this gives extra cleaning options, you can programme cleaning sessions to suit your household. It can be programmed to mop or to just vacuum. The whole clean can be watched via the app, that is of course once you get over the excitement of following it and watching it that is.Vacuuming is both efficient and thorough, not an inch is missed. It is relatively quiet in action, certainly quieter than my upright. The only really noisy part is when it self empties into the bag. It finds its way around beautifully and surprised me when it informed me on the app that it had missed a bit because there were a pair of shoes in its way, it actually recognised the shoes as such, then a bin and a power cord, it successfully avoided them. It’s stability is impressive in use and is happy to pop up and over a small rug or step etc.Mopping is also efficient, for a daily mop it is excellent, but it can’t quite manage anything that has set on, so a little hand rub before hand is useful. It uses very little water and the floor dries almost instantly. What I find the most impressive is that it instantly recognises what can be mopped and what cannot. I have two small pieces of floor vinyl on my carpet in the living room where my parrot perches, in order to catch her droppings and the Eufy automatically switches to mop these little pieces and stops immediately as it re touched the carpet. It is so very intuitive. The lift off carpet cleaner is very useful for cleaning spills etc but I wouldn’t expect it to wash a whole carpet. It puts out quite a lot of water for this but will suck the majority of it back up. I have also used it to clean the arms on my sofas and it did a great job, helped along by the brush end so you can scrub as you go if needed.Overall I am exceptionally impressed and so happy to have this cleaning aid. Top quality and for the service it offers I feel it gives good value.
