eufy Omni E28 Robot Vacuum & Mop with All-in-One Station and Portable Deep Cleaner

I don't normally write reviews but this item deserves one. Firstly, the robot works as expected for the price range. Surely there are smarter ones out there but they cost 20% plus more so I think the performance if well suited for the price point. It cleans as you would expect and it reliably empties/fills itself. I think the navigation logic could be improved but I can tell that it's improving every day as if it was learning from the environment. The real gem however I think is the customer service. I've reached out because I found it was leaving an uncomfortable amount of streaking on tiles. They sent a replacement tank the next day which unfortunately didn't solve the issue. The following day they offered a replacement unit without hesitation and they allowed me to return the old unit once the new one was received so I could use the packaging. In fact, the old packaging was unusable because it was battered by the Amazon couriers as usual... The new device works like a dream. Thanks eufy!
