The eufy e28 omni is essentially the "swiss army knife" of floor care. most robot vacuums are just automated sweepers, but this one bridges the gap between a hands-off floor cleaner and a serious spot-cleaning machine by integrating a detachable deep cleaner right into its base station. An excellent feature is definitely the hydrojet system. while other robots just drag a damp cloth around, this uses a roller-style mop that scrubs the floor 360 times per minute with 1.5kg of downward pressure. it’s genuinely effective at lifting dried-on spills rather than just smearing them. coupled with the "cornerrover" arm that extends to hit tight edges, you get a level of floor coverage that usually requires a second pass with a manual mop.what really sets it apart from the sea of other omni-stations is the flexi-one detachable deep cleaner. it lives in the top of the base station, keeping it charged and ready to go. if your pet has an accident on a rug or you spill coffee on the sofa, you just pull it out and use it like a handheld spot cleaner. it’s a brilliant piece of design that saves you from having to drag out a bulky carpet shampooer for minor messes.the suction power is rated at a massive 20,000 pa. in practice, it’s a powerhouse for picking up pet hair and fine dust from deep within carpets, aided by the duo-spiral anti-tangle brushes that actually stay clean. it’s also highly "set-it-and-forget-it," with a station that handles auto-emptying, mop washing with detergent, and hot-air drying to stop that "damp mop" smell from ever taking hold. However a few thoughts and perhaps negatives depending on your use case.• the station is a beast: because it houses a portable cleaner and all the tanks, the base is quite large. you’ll need a dedicated spot with a bit of clearance for it to dock easily.• vacuuming vs. mopping: while the mopping is stellar, some power users note that its vacuuming performance on thick rugs can be hit-or-miss compared to dedicated high-end vacuums. it shines brightest on hard floors and low-pile carpets.• the noise: when it goes into "auto-empty" mode after a job, it makes its presence known. it’s definitely not a "quiet mode" machine when it’s cleaning its own bins.Essentially at its price point, you aren't just buying a robot—you're buying an entire floor-care system. if you have a busy home with kids or pets and find yourself constantly spot-cleaning spills, having that handheld cleaner always ready at the dock is well worth considering and should make things much easier for you.
I have been really impressed with this robot vacuum. It feels like a proper premium cleaning system rather than just a basic robot that wanders around the floor. The suction is extremely strong, it lifts dust and hair properly from carpets, and it leaves hard floors looking clean in one pass.Because it deals with hard floors and carpets, it gives great coverage for a full home - it also seems to get better, and closer to the edges with time and further passes. The mopping is one of the best parts for me. It does more than just drag a damp pad around, and it actually scrubs the floor well enough to deal with more stubborn marks. The edge cleaning is also very good, especially around skirting boards and corners where a lot of robot vacuums usually fall short. It's very good at mapping around chair legs, cables, doors etc. The intelligence is impressive, it identifies objects and then feeds that back int he app.The app is very clever showing a 3D map of the room / rooms, multiple maps can be created too for different floors. The station makes a big difference in day to day use. It empties the dust, washes the mop pads, and dries them afterwards, so I do not have to keep dealing with the messy parts myself. The built in portable deep cleaner is also genuinely useful, because it means I can handle carpets, upholstery, and spot cleaning without dragging out another machine. It does sometimes struggle at thresholds between rooms, leaving some dirt that needs clearing up. Also the drying takes a long time - around 4-5 hours after use, and its a little noisy, so plan accordingly. The main downside is the docking station takes up a fair bit of space, It also only works on 2.4GHz Wi Fi, so that is something I would check before setting it up. Even so, it does enough to justify the cost for me, and overall I would say it is good if not great value for money, we use it every 2 days and just do a quick pass after to get anything it's missed.
This is now my second robot vacuum and I thought my previous one was great until I used this and it just blew the other one away.It is a relatively big unit which Is probably largely due to the lift off cleaning capability however it looks great and is relatively unobtrusive once you find a reasonable home for it.Getting it setup is really simple and straightforward with I big clear guide included that takes you through the unboxing and initial setup. Once everything is in place you move over to app for configuration. Configuration and registration is simple and then it’s off for a mapping run. The mapping is the part that really impressed me. My other vacuum takes the better part of an hour to map my home. This took slightly longer than five minutes and gives you life updates as it goes. Once done you have the option fine tune the map and designate no go areas or vacuum only rooms. Then it’s time to start cleaning. It’s incredibly capable at detecting changes in floor type so that it can tell when to mop or not. Both mopping and vacuuming are incredible efficient with my home looking spotless. It’s fairly quiet in its general vacuuming with it only being noticeably loud when it returns to the base to empty itself. It does have a handy do not disturb setting so that at certain times of day it won’t do the emptying.Empty the dirty water tank or the vacuum bad is super simple and intuitive. The lift away spot cleaner is really effective and surprisingly tidy when not in use.My only real complaint is I found the app a little bit lacking for general use and not as intuitive as other apps I have used. I would have like to have seen a completion report for example providing some detail on the cleaning performed and maybe highlighting where concentrated dirty spots were identified. Over all though this is a wonderful product I am glad to have in my home.
This is a powerhouse of a machine that takes hands-free cleaning to an entirely new level.I’ve owned various vacuums before... the E28 Omni is truly in a league of its own. It doesn't just skim the surface; it feels like having a professional cleaning crew on call 24/7.It is incredibly versatile, transitioning between hard floors, thick carpets, and even upholstery with ease, all while maintaining stability and learning the environment around it quickly.Aesthetically, the whole unit looks amazing. It is big and bulky sure, but looks great doing it. The unit is very well constructed and supremely durable. It only takes about 5 mins to read the instructions and guidance and set this euftttKey Things to Know...Unrivalled Suction Power: With a massive 20,000 Pa turbo suction, this is significantly more powerful than almost any other robot vacuum on the market. It pulls dust and pet hair from deep within carpet fibres in a single pass, leaving the floors genuinely spotless.Innovative 3-in-1 System: What sets this apart is the portable deep cleaner. While the robot handles the floors, you have a detachable spot cleaner ready to tackle stubborn stains on the sofa or car seats. It’s a complete home cleaning ecosystem in one station.HydroJet Mopping: The mopping isn't just a damp cloth being dragged along. The system applies 1.5 kg of downward pressure and scrubs 360 times per minute, effectively removing dried-on stains that other robots usually miss.Genuine Hands-Free Maintenance: The All-In-One Station is a marvel. It washes the mops with clean water, dries them with 35–50°C heated air to prevent smells, and empties the dust bin. The 3L dust bag is so efficient that I only need to think about it every 2 to 2.5 months.Smart Navigation & Edge Care: The CornerRover Arm is a brilliant. Most robots leave a dusty strip along the skirting boards, but this arm extends to ensure 100% edge coverage. The app is intuitive, making it simple to set no-go zones or schedule specific room cleans. The Verdict...At £999, this is a premium investment, but it is a 5-star appliance that justifies its price tag through sheer performance and time saved. The 'Zero Tangling' brushes actually work, the mopping is heavy-duty, and the portable spot cleaner makes this the most comprehensive cleaning tool I’ve ever used.If you want the absolute best for your home, this is it.
I honestly cannot recommend this cleaning system enough. It is super clever. Very easy to use, once you have found a place to house it within its measurement limits you can if you wish simply press start and off it will go, the first time out it does a full cycle of all areas in order to map out its route and then goes back over everywhere vacuuming and mopping. You can download the Eufy app and pair with the machine which is very quick and a good connection, and this gives extra cleaning options, you can programme cleaning sessions to suit your household. It can be programmed to mop or to just vacuum. The whole clean can be watched via the app, that is of course once you get over the excitement of following it and watching it that is.Vacuuming is both efficient and thorough, not an inch is missed. It is relatively quiet in action, certainly quieter than my upright. The only really noisy part is when it self empties into the bag. It finds its way around beautifully and surprised me when it informed me on the app that it had missed a bit because there were a pair of shoes in its way, it actually recognised the shoes as such, then a bin and a power cord, it successfully avoided them. It’s stability is impressive in use and is happy to pop up and over a small rug or step etc.Mopping is also efficient, for a daily mop it is excellent, but it can’t quite manage anything that has set on, so a little hand rub before hand is useful. It uses very little water and the floor dries almost instantly. What I find the most impressive is that it instantly recognises what can be mopped and what cannot. I have two small pieces of floor vinyl on my carpet in the living room where my parrot perches, in order to catch her droppings and the Eufy automatically switches to mop these little pieces and stops immediately as it re touched the carpet. It is so very intuitive. The lift off carpet cleaner is very useful for cleaning spills etc but I wouldn’t expect it to wash a whole carpet. It puts out quite a lot of water for this but will suck the majority of it back up. I have also used it to clean the arms on my sofas and it did a great job, helped along by the brush end so you can scrub as you go if needed.Overall I am exceptionally impressed and so happy to have this cleaning aid. Top quality and for the service it offers I feel it gives good value.
After using the eufy E28 Omni for a few weeks, it has made a noticeable difference to keeping floors clean with minimal effort. The suction power is strong enough to lift fine dust and debris from carpets, while the mopping function tackles everyday spills and marks on hard floors effectively. The HydroJet system provides a more thorough clean than basic mop attachments, and the corner to edge performance is particularly good along skirting boards. I also found the zero tangling feature helpful with hair, reducing the need for manual maintenance. The all in one station simplifies emptying and cleaning, making the whole system feel streamlined. It is a premium device, but the performance matches the feature set and convenience it offers.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I couldn’t be more impressed with the Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E28. From the moment I unboxed it, the entire setup process was refreshingly simple. Downloading the companion app was quick, and connecting the device took just a few minutes. The app itself is incredibly intuitive—everything is clearly laid out, making it easy to get started right away without any frustration. One of the standout features is how accurately it maps your home. After its initial run, the layout it created was almost spot-on, which makes customizing cleaning zones and navigating rooms effortless. The self-cleaning function is a game changer. It takes so much of the hassle out of maintaining the vacuum, making it feel truly hands-off most of the time. I also love that you can personalise the voice settings, choosing between different languages and even male or female voices—it’s a small touch, but it adds to the overall polished experience.Battery performance has been excellent. On one full clean, it vacuumed and mopped two rooms and vacuumed a third using only 29% battery, which feels very efficient for the amount of work it completed.Water usage has also been very reasonable. After filling the tank to the indicated line earlier in the week, it has been used daily to mop two rooms, and even with additional use of the portable deep cleaner on a sofa arm and cushion, there is still a noticeable amount left. This shows it manages water efficiently without needing constant refills. The portable deep cleaner feature is another brilliant addition. I used it on my sofa and it did an excellent job lifting dirt and freshening the fabric. The cleaning solution provided also smells amazing, which leaves everything feeling noticeably cleaner and refreshed afterwards.Scheduling is probably the only area that hasn’t been as smooth. While it’s easy to set up in the app, I’ve found that it doesn’t always follow the exact instructions I’ve given. At times it has combined separate tasks into one session or continued into mopping when I expected it to only vacuum. This feels more like a limitation of the app rather than user error, as the setup itself is straightforward. It doesn’t stop the robot from doing a great job, but it’s something to be aware of if you want very precise control over cleaning routines. While it’s not a complete replacement for occasional deep cleaning, it significantly reduces how often you need to vacuum or mop manually. For day-to-day maintenance, it’s incredibly effective and keeps floors looking consistently clean.Overall, this is a smart, reliable, and highly capable addition to any home. Despite some quirks with scheduling, the cleaning performance, efficiency, and extra features make it easy to recommend. A great choice for anyone looking to cut down on cleaning time without sacrificing results.
While I’ve only been using the eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E28 for a few days, it’s easily one of the most impressive devices I’ve owned. It genuinely takes the hassle out of keeping the house spotless. There is so much to write about I hardly know where to start. The Eufy Omni E28 can be programmed to recognise the layout of your home, or just follow you about. The robot talks to the base and the base then alerts you to any problems such as liquid stains on carpets that need your attention, evidently it will recognise over 30 different types of stains and goes on to perform a check to make sure it didn't miss anything! It also has advanced AI recognition and avoidance systems using lasers and tech I just don't understand, however it has avoided everything in it's way so far with no problems. The standout feature for me is the HydroJet system. It doesn’t just lightly mop, it actually scrubs. The constant mop cleaning and firm downward pressure make a noticeable difference on tougher stains, especially in high-traffic areas like the kitchen. Floors come out looking freshly cleaned rather than just “wiped over.”Suction power is another big win. The 20,000 Pa performance is no joke, it lifts dust, crumbs and pet hair from carpets in a single pass. I also love the DuoSpiral brushes, which really do prevent hair from tangling. That alone saves a lot of time on maintenance. The CornerRover arm is a clever addition too. It reaches into edges and corners that most robot vacuums miss, so you don’t get those annoying dust lines along skirting boards. What really makes this model stand out, though, is the all-in-one station. It empties itself, washes and dries the mop pads, and keeps everything hygienic without much input from me. I don't need to do anything beyond refilling water and occasionally swapping the dust bag.The added portable deep cleaner is a great bonus, it’s perfect for sofas, stairs or quick spot cleaning, making the whole system even more versatile. The unit is quite large and fairly weighty and it needs 1 foot 6 inches of space either side of it and nearly 5 foot in front so forget about shoving it in a little corner somewhere. But saying that, overall, this is a powerful, smart, and genuinely convenient cleaning solution. If you want something that can handle vacuuming, mopping, and deeper cleaning with minimal effort, this is absolutely worth it.
I have always seen these little robot vacuum's in the movies, and i have often wondered how is it they know how to move around obstacles and things left on the floor well now i no longer need to wonder. This little guy has changed the game for me personally, Instead of doing the daily hovering myself i just set a schedule using the app and this little guy takes care of the rest for me.At first glance you think it wont be precise but it is, It will scan for Bits on the carpet or floor as it moves and around the room and once it completes a room it does one final scan and then moves onto the next room automatically.Suction power is fantastic on this thing, Its pretty quiet but it picks up bits on the floor and once it returns to the home docking station the station suctions out the bits into a hoover bag contained inside the unit.In terms of ease of use the unpacking and setting up instructions are super simple but the true instructions are in the app when you download it, Simply hook the robot up to your wifi when prompted in the app and you have full control on the app to set schedules, which rooms to hoover or not to hoover, Wether it cleans the mop located on the bottom on the robot and when to go into do not disturb mode so it doesn't accidentally wake you up in the middle of the night. The first thing the robot will do is scan your home and it is surprisingly accurate, Once that one time scan is done it will perform its first clean.Battery life is good for all the jobs this little guys does, After a 2 hour clean it was down to 69% after being on a full 100% charge which is great so you should get at least 3 cleans out of it before it needs a charge. The package also comes with a deep cleaning station which sits onto of the robot dock, You have a clean water tank and a dirty water tank and a long cleaning hose with a nozzle to get into those stubborn areas on the carpet they also supply you with types of cleaning fluid for fabrics and general floors, I have only used this once so far to get a old rigid stain off my kids floor that has been there for a little while, and it worked like a charm with little effort.Overall i think this unit is fantastic, It makes keeping the floors clean easy as you literally have to do nothing and just let the little guy work, The price is a little steep upon initial browsing but to be honest some people spend up to £700 on a hoover these days from all the big brands and for a extra couple hundred you can get this little guy to do all the heavy lifting even when you are not home.Happy to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Robot Vacuum.
This is a sizeable unit, however I find it is quite compact and easy to place. The vacuum mapped the layout of the rooms in under 5 minutes, and this allowed me to classify rooms and set up schedules. It vacuums very well, and about 95% of debris is vacuumed, however I have noticed some bits that have been missed, so the suction power whilst powerful is not perfect. It mostly reaches the edges, unless there is an obstruction, then there is more of a border that is not vacuumed. It senses and goes around obstructions quite well, and hasn’t got itself stuck. The mopping function is also good, however it’s more for maintenance cleans, and not quite for deep cleans. The vacuum is quite loud when in preparation mode, (which annoyingly you cannot abort once it starts, if by chance it gets turned on by accident) and when emptying, but is tolerable when vacuuming. The app has a great interface and really easy to use and set up, and great if you already have Eufy products. My only issue is that it initially could not head home and would struggle to go up the ramp, but this has issue has somehow resolved itself. The spot cleaner machine is a fantastic addition and works amazingly, however I wish it could operate cordlessly, so there is greater freedom when using it. This is a very expensive product, and it works well, as well as being a 2 in 1 product, but I do feel like it could perform better and some issues could be fixed for it to be worth its current price. It is recommended to use with a Eufy cleaner, however one was not supplied with the vacuum to test out.
