eufy E25 | Robot Vacuum & Mop, 20KPa Ultra Suction Power

I was a bit nervous about receiving our Eufy E25, despite the good reviews - how easy would it be to set up and use? I had a pleasant surprise - it was dead easy! Not only that, but it cleans our porcelain tiled floors far better than we've managed with other cleaners and its performance on carpets is just as good. Really impressed and cleaning has become far easier!

Vacuums and cleans perfectly. Does the job better the advertised. Worth every penny. Difficult to get better than this. Arguably the best there is on the market. Water tank upgraded by EUFY was a swft and easy service.

Customer service and support at their best. Everything what a client pretends and how it should be.

Been using it a month now and impressed. It cleans better than I thought it would and saves me hours every week. The updated mop is particularly impressive and the robot can be used on every floor/level of the house - without moving the base station. The gadget I was waiting for!

We wanted to wait until there was a robot vacuum that could properly pick up dirt and mop the floors. Pleased with results to date. Dog hasn’t attacked it yet either.

What a difference it's made we have clean floors everyday. It's quiet when running and the dogs don't seem bothered by it.

Fabulous. I cannot fault this device. He cleans and mops my large expanse of floors, mixed with real oak floors, tiles and high pile rugs. Even gets up thresholds that I didn’t think it could.

So I've been using eufy (yes I repeatedly refer to him as eufy, like he's a member of the family) for about 10 days now and I am impressed.The suction power is incredible, it has vacuumed up dirt that must have been trapped in the carpet years! Despite the power its fairly quiet when running. Definitely quieter than my old upright vacuum.It was simple to connect to the app and has so many useful features. I can control all the settings and it notifies me of any issues. I have found mapping rooms and creating a schedule to be very useful.My only complaint is that it does tend to bump into things making sure it cleans as many nooks as possible.

I wasn't sure what to expect of this one because I'm not so savvy with technology. But I didn't need to worry. Once you get this set up, it really does make your life easier!I think the hardest part is getting it set up- the instructions are not super clear (maybe if you're more tech savvy you'll find it easier than I did) but with the help of some YouTube videos we managed. The app is not too bad either.Once this little wizz is set up to work, it really does a great job of vacuuming and cleaning your home! I can't comment on how it navigates either stairs or carpet, because I live in a flat and only have hardwood/tiles. And it does an absolutely brilliant job of both. It is on the noisy side, although you can mess around with the settings for suction so you can probably change how noisy it is, but it is quite a noisy machine. I set it to work mostly when I'm not home- but you definitely do get used to the noise. Its certainly not deafening, but but something that can bother you if you're sensitive to noise. It does a great job of picking up most bits of dirt. I'd say mopping is slightly more hit and miss, but then I do have little kids who make a big mess. I love that it gives the house an excellent once-over more than a deep clean really.Overall this is an excellent piece of kit and really does make your life so much easier. I have not had it long enough to empty out the bin yet so I can't comment on how difficult or easy that task is, although it seems to be fairly large capacity. I will update my comment when I get to that.Price wise it seems fairly pricey although it does seem solid and well built so I do think this is a case where you get what you pay for.

Eufy 25 Robovac ReviewFirstly, I was very sceptical about 'robovacs' before trying out the Eufy 25. I felt they were probably flawed (excuse the pun) in a number of ways, and certainly, many of the reviews I had read seemed to mention a wide range of issues.We have a relatively large downstairs area with a mix of stone, wood, and carpeted floors, some with larger-than-average thresholds, so I was interested to see how this unit handled it all.Let’s start with the price — this particular model is over £800 at the time of review. That’s a lot of money, and clearly, they’re a luxury item for many. So i appreciate if you can afford one you want one that does the job...Setup & MappingSetting it up was an absolute doddle. Eufy goes off and scans your rooms to create a 3D map and even senses the type of flooring it’s covering, so it knows not to 'mop' carpets, for example. It did a pretty good job of mapping our house, and you can easily edit the map within the brilliant app you download.PerformanceAfter letting Eufy off the leash to do its cleaning tasks, I’ve been very impressed so far. We have a big, hairy Golden Retriever, and our house is constantly filling with fluff balls that we’re always hoovering up. Eufy easily gets into the corners with its clever extending spinning arm!It cleaned our entire downstairs on the mid-range vacuum setting in under an hour — just on the vacuum setting.After completing the job, Eufy returns to its base station to recharge — and here’s the clever bit — it performs a full clean of itself, including emptying into the docking station.Mopping FunctionThe same process applies with the mopping feature. We set it on the mid-level clean again. The results were good, although there were still some marks on the floor from our dog. Perhaps the deep clean setting would handle those better. Once finished, Eufy heads back home to empty itself and clean its mop.Other FeaturesOther notable features include its noise level, which is pretty subtle, and the built-in headlight that turns on in dark areas. It syncs with Alexa, so you can ask 'Robovac' to start cleaning with voice commands. You can also control loads of settings via the app, including scheduling and maintenance.Final ThoughtsOverall, I’m incredibly impressed with this unit and have had no issues with it. It does a really good job of keeping our house clean — even the dog isn’t bothered by it!Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s a seriously well built, high-tech piece of kit that does everything for you, aside from occasionally refilling the cleaning water solution and replacing vac bags in the docking unit at longer intervals.
