Incredible robot vacuum! Highly recommend to all!

Wow! This is amazing! Out of the box, the unit is quite big but that is to be expected when it does what it does.First it scans and maps the rooms in the house, it also identifies different floor such as carpet. I suggest picking everything off the floor, but this is not essential as the vacuum remaps each time it goes to the roomIt vacuums and mops as it goes along! Angel objects in the way, it goes around. We have no issues with it sucking up or getting caught apart.from when my son left his back pa k on the floor and the strap got tangled in the rollers. The vacuum. Just stopped and alerted us on the app.You can set schedules each day for it to go.out and either vacuum or mop of both,you ca. Select a zone in a room for it to go and clean, you can select a deep clean...it is brilliant. Wish I got one earlier!One word of warning ⚠️This is to save you time doing the vacuuming and mopping yourself. However, the first few times of sending Eufy out to do the jobs for you, the time you're saving is spent watching it doing the job you no longer need to do!

I’ve been using the Eufy e25 for a few weeks now, and honestly, I didn’t expect it to work this well for the price. It’s super easy to set up and use — I just connect it to the app, hit start, and it does its thing. The mapping is pretty accurate too. It sometimes misses small corners, but overall it covers my apartment really well.The vacuum quality surprised me. It picks up dust, pet hair, and random crumbs without any problem, and the dust bin is easy to empty. I usually have to clean it out every couple of runs, which shows how much it actually collects.Build quality feels solid, and it’s quiet enough that I can let it run while watching TV. The battery lasts long enough to clean my whole place, and it always finds its way back to the dock.For the money, I think it’s a great deal. It doesn’t have all the fancy features of the expensive ones, but it does exactly what I need — keeps my floors clean without me having to do anything.

We are very pleased with this product, Norbert, as he is called mops and vacuums every day. We have two dogs, big expanses of wooden floors and several wool rugs. The house has never looked so clean and fluff free.

I’ve had a cheap robot vacuum before but this is the best thing I’ve got, I can’t believe how good it is. It’s very quiet and easy to set up, it give you an option to set up if you have dogs and decides how much cleaning is needed. Day one i’m really impressed

The suction is genuinely powerful—at 20,000 Pa it has no problem lifting dust, crumbs, pet hair, and even heavier debris from both hard floors and carpets. What sets it apart, though, is the mop. The HydroJet system actually rinses the mop roller during use, so you’re not just smearing dirt around, and it does a good job at keeping floors looking freshly cleaned. It also has a clever design that extends into corners and edges, which is where most robot vacuums tend to miss.The docking station makes it feel almost fully hands-off: it empties the dust bin, washes and dries the mop roller, refills clean water, and takes away the dirty water. This means daily maintenance is minimal—you just top up supplies now and then. The app is intuitive once you get used to it, with options for adjusting suction, water levels, and mapping rooms so you can set no-go zones or target specific areas.It’s not small, and you do need to make room for the dock, but once it’s set up, the convenience is huge. If your thinking of buying one of these vacuum cleaners then don't look any further then this brand. I've had other cheaper ones and they are not a patch on this one. Get all set up and install app before you attempt to switch on. Read all instructions to get familiar with it. Make sure it's in a convenient place as it will be parked there all the time when not in use. Follow instructions so it maps out the floor space etc. Then let it do it's thing. Take particular care on scheduled emptying. Picking up dirt is brilliant and I've not had any issues with it. WiFi connection and looks great in my room. The schedule I have set really saves me time and energy lol. Overall I can't say anything bad as it works brilliantly. A must have

I've had the E25 for a month now and it is a cracking vacuum and mop.The machine itself is brilliant. It is efficient, the vacuum easily deals with hard floors and carpet - identifying the difference between the two and increasing suction on carpet. We have a dog and it easily deals with dog hair. The mop is great. It isn't as good as a manual mop and hard, dried in messes will not be dealt with, but it does a great job dealing with everyday mess.The E25 can easily tackle thresholds of an inch and the arms on the sweepers helps it get to dust in corners, etc.The app can be tricky to get used to, but when you know what's what - it is easy to use and has all of the items one would want (scheduling, amending the cleaning dynamics (I.e. suction, amount of water used for the mop, number of "passes" over the floor, etc.).One thing to remember is that the waste water tank (in both the robot and docking station), etc. will need to be rinsed every so often - and you will need to do an occasional manual clean to get into the areas this won't reach - but if you look after it, it certainly makes life much easier and does a great job.
