eufy C15 Robot Lawn Mower

Fantastic piece of tech. App is very well made with lots of options. Very glad I did research and chose this model!

This mower is near perfect. I love so so much about it. I have a Flymo 1200R (bought in 2019) which is still going in my garden. But I bought this Eufy one for my mother-in-law who is too old now to mow the lawn.Setup was so so so much easier on the Eufy. I would never ever get a lawn mower with a boundary wire again. Animals, probably foxes, every once in a while dig and cut the cables.. happens to me at least once a year... and at that point the mower just stops. So this Eufy (with no boundary wire) is a dream.Although setup is simple but the unit isn't super light (so 80 year old grandma wasn't going to do it herself). But it literally took me a few minutes to have the garage assembled and put in position.The thing I didn't like was that the current PSU that Eufy supply with the C15 is the brick type rather than the standard UK plug type. So it will fit into say an extension lead but it can't go into a normal outside weatherproof socket. I raised this with Eufy support and had a few emails back and forward. They couldn't directly solve it for me but they promised to raise it with their design team so the UK gets normal plugs going forward. I genuinely think they will get that sorted in the future and Lynae was great to deal with. My experience tells me that if I had a problem they would want to sort it out really well. So the support gets a thumbs up too. There are loads of solutions to the PSU brick issue. The easiest if you have a garden socket is probably to simply plug in a small extension cable and then put the other end of that in a garden electrical box, about £25. Just to add this review is written in July 2026. I don't know when the design will be updated.OK on to mowing. First you tell it to map, it did the first cut at this point. Grandma had let her grass get crazy long (some bits were easily 45 cm). Now Eufy do tell you to mow it to get it short (presumably with your old manual mower) first before mapping. But life is short so I decided to just press go and see if it coped... the answer is YES. OK so some long bits sprung back up but it managed 90% of it perfectly first time. It took over 2 hours to do the mapping on a 200 sq meter lawn. Over the next few days it got it to 100%.The mower pops out for 1 hour morning and evening and grandma loves sitting having a cup of tea and watching it do the job for her. She even loves getting out her iPad and watching it using the live camera view.There are load of videos on YouTube about this mower. I watched a lot before purchasing to check it was what grandma needed. None mentioned the socket issue. I've added two photos so peeps who are interested in that can see what I mean. But really at this point, having had it out mowing for a couple of weeks, I only have positive things to say about the great mowing experience.Would I recommend the Eufy C15? You bet! I'm tempted to buy another for myself as it is so incredibly good.

I love my little robot. He goes out every other day, shaves off the top of the grass and then goes back to his garage. He creates beautiful lines too. Unfortunately the heatwave is actively trying to kill my grass but once it has a chance to bounce back, I can see it looking so professional! Its been 2 weeks and I've not had to use the lawnmower at all.Its a lot of money, but I have zero regrets!

The unit was so easy to set up. Turn it on and it basically let it map the garden by itself. Hardly any input needed. From then on cutting the grass is no longer a chore.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Instead of sitting here thinking about doing it. I should have just done it, months ago , yrs ago. I stead of wading through all of the available options and manufactures, I should have gone with my instincts based on already owned eufy/Anker products........I would have been this happy , chilled and be doing no lawnmowing so much sooner. Perfect.

Only had this 10 days and it was straight forward to set up and complete the first cut. Still to try out the additional features.
So far I am impressed with its performance and with further adjustments I am sure it will fulfill my needs.

I gave a 4 star due to the time it takes to cut my approx 250 meter sq lawn, it takes 4-5 hrs sometimes over 2 charges but it does do what it's supposed to.really happy with the purchase

Bought for my elderly parents. They love it. Easy to programme and use. They even get the lines in the grass. A little steep in price. But it means they don’t have to struggle with maintaining the garden. And can control through their phone.

Overall very good although two things that annoy me:

- Hard to link two separate areas to mow
- It does not get close to the edges leaving lots to strim or mow after
