I bought the half year pack because since I’ve had the S1 Pro, the 3 filter set hasn’t been available to order, and after a few months, I knew that I would need to replace these 3 filters. As the set included one set of the 3 filters I bought the set, having given up waiting for notification of the filters only being available. I didn’t need any of the other items, but eventually they will get used.

Ironically, today I received an email stating the 3 filter set was now available to order from the Eufy web site! Very frustrating.

I purchased the wrong product but the Company could not have made it more difficult to return. Certainly not customer friendly. Whilst I am happy with the floor robot I would not recommend because of poor service
