This has fixed the error on my robovac

Fixed the error message we had so it is now back to cleaning again. Hooray! Our last battery lasted 18 months. We use our robovac everyday for the downstairs rooms (kitchen/diner, living room and hallway).

Service good as always, but the batteries don't last

This is the third battery now in my Eufy X8. I love my robot vacuum, but the batteries seem to only last a bit over a year and then we start to get the dreaded S2 error! And at nearly £60 each, that's very annoying.

Expensive, but resolved the ‘S1 battery error’

My original battery (2 years) was the cause of a S1 battery error code. After a full charge the X8 was reporting the error, but powering the X8 off and back on allowed it to be used. After the next full charge the error retuned. I ordered the replacement battery which has resolved the issue, but it is an expensive part and I hope that this new one lasts longer than 2 years.

Battery rip off for X8

Can’t believe that the support link shows the US price at $29.99 plus a $10 reduction making the battery cost $19.99.
So how comes the UK price is double? Even with transit etc it states it would cost the amount advertised here.

Resolved S1 error.

Solved S1 error. Original battery was just over 1 year old on an X8 hybrid. Great machine but expensive to maintain if the battery only lasts a year.

A design error in the X8 charging circuit kills the battery

A well managed Lithium Ion battery should be capable of at least 1200 cycles. The on-board charger on the X8 continuously charges the battery without any intelligence. The result is dead batteries after 12 months.
