eufy Smart Display E10

Once again, outstanding Eufy electronics quality, from opening the package to setting up the display, sheer product quality is reassuringly evident. The display integrates completely with the various cameras that I presently have and there’s plenty of scope to add more devices later. I look forward to using this display every day and I am very pleased with my purchase directly from Eufy. Thanks.

The display screen e10 is very useful and you can see all your security cameras in one screen fantastic, I would recommend it

Very happy with display works well with cameras.

Afew updates to the software would be good to enchance the useibilty. Have it's own time when active and not relie on home / away set on the app. Changing from one camera to the next could be quicker but overall very please with the product, just needs fine tuning the softwear with updates.

Its a Smart Display, basically a tablet and it works. It's a great addition to your existing eufy cameras.

The battery life is poor, the screen is small, and if you watch a live feed, the 360 cameras don’t return to their preset position.

Overall.. this is a really neat piece of kit and very easy to use . My only criticism is sometimes the doorbell is t picked up on the smart display AND the bit that really needs tweaking is the time lag and delay sometimes from the picture appearing on the smart display when the video door bell is pressed or the sensor picks up someone at the doorbell. Example yesterday was I was in the house two minutes before the display came to life and announced “somebody is at the doorbell” this is poor

The new display is great for allowing me to view multiple cameras at once, but there is a lag if you change the mode on your phone - it sometimes doesn't transfer over to the display quick enough. I would also like to see the ability to update the splash-screen - being able to add widgets would be so helpful. And a one big change I would like to see, is the ability to change the voice on the entire product range - similar how Apple allow you to specify male/female, and it would be good if it didn't sound 'tinny'

It does what you expect it to do, when someone appears on the cameras, it announces who they are (if you have them recognised already on your homebase) and shows a live feed which is very handy.

Viewing all your videos feeds are nice..

Multiple options available wall, kick stand and a desktop chargined stand.

The software is okay and need improvement.. and the product can be improved itself in the following ways in next iteration.

* Wall mount, USB cal be to the wall mount itself charge display via bottom connector. This is how the charging stand does it, it makes moving between them less of a flaff.. in this version when you unplug from wall, disconnect USB cable required.. and plug in required when returning to wall.. so much easier if the wall mount was like the stand.

* App integration, this is not seen by the app and vice versa..

* arm mode failures.. it doesn't always change first time, but this is the same as the phone app.. so looks like a general issue.

* You general arm/disarm that you use should be on the main display, which you click then type in code.. not type in code and then find the arm feature you want.. both ways should be supported but when locked, having it displayed will make arm/disarm quicker which is one the primary use cases.

* Live feed quality if not that good, it looks better on phone.. perhaps lowe resolutoin of the display.

* more options on the red button.. I want mine to toggle between home/leaving.

* leaving (full arm) should not required pin, this is how most other alarm system works.. you only need it for disarming

It’s good and I don’t regret buying it, but yes it needs improving. Even on live feed it has to keep re syncing, and yes the lag and voice is annoying, can’t change scenes like you can on the app also. I expected this to better than the app, but not there yet.
