Bought direct from Eufy as it was cheaper and deiliverex quicker. Simplicity it's self, works well, no glitches, sourced the hard drive elsewhere to be fair, works well, very happy with the 2 cam and a base station set up

Easy setup

The eufycam s3 pro with 2 4k cameras was easy to setup in the app and link to Apple home. Great bit of kit. I like how the home base is small and compact, you can use a wireless base or connected to your network. I have also added more cameras as well.

Very impressed

The overall quality of the homebase, cameras and App, so far seems to be very high. Battery life has been excellent, even with the camera in a shaded area and image quality is very good. The AI appears to work well, and I have had almost no false alerts so far. Early days but so far so good.

Easy to set up with Apple HomeKit

I bought EufyCam S3 Pro kit because it linked into my Apple ecosystem. I was not disappointed.
The system was easy to set up right from the start with the voice prompts being all I needed.
Setting up with HomeKit was a breeze.
In operation the system works very well, with the images being clear both day and night.

Easy to use and install

I found this system very easy to install and use, it tells me when anyone is on my property and can also identify faces when they are downloaded via the app. The solar panels work well, even in winter to keep the camera batteries topped up.

Reliable, easy install and setup, excellent clarity

Very easy install, added a 2TB ssd to Homebase 3 no problem excellent performance highly recommended. There is an option for cloud backup at £39 per annum for two cameras, but it isn’t a mandatory requirement as storage of files is on the Homebase, but if you want a backup of the files in cloud there is a cost. Replaces Hive outdoor camera that stopped working 01st August, compared to the Hive camera Eufy is is far superior

Daily reboots, no notifications, recording stopped

Sigh, I've had enough, time to leave a negative review which I seldom do or refrain from doing. Everyday I either have to reset the Eufy app so I start getting notifications again or have to restart my Eufy hub. I have one camera set up to record continuously, and everyday it will randomly stop recording. I have missed so many parcel/delivery/people notifications because I receive no notifications. When the system works, it works well however what's the point having a system where your constantly having to manually check it daily to make sure there are no issues. Current setup S3 Pro cam with Hub, indoor 360 cam and front dual doorcam.Update : I've been contacted and been offered refund or replacement. Can't fault there customer service, top notch.
