Really impressed with these Eufy garden spotlights

They look lovely, the light the colours are amazing. The build quality feels genuinely high end, solid, well made, but time will tell. I am using them for about two weeks now.
Very easy to set up, too. Great product!

Spot lights

Just had my garden landscaped and wanted to install some mood lighting. I bought 3 sets of these which I have now installed. You get plenty of cable to allow installation. I am well pleased with the lights.

Not a spotlight

Do not be fooled into thinking that these will light up your house as seen in pictures. These are, according to Anker, path lights/accent lights. For the price they are expensive.

Eufy’s lack of quality control

Customers beware - eufy will try and fob you off by saying you have to pay for returns if you send faulty products back. But consumer law states that ‘they’ have to fit the bill if the product is faulty. I had to fight to get a returns label for a badly quality controlled product which just proves they flaunt consumer law.

Eufys outdoor lights are not worth the money. Beware bad manufacturing, quality control, and even worse customer care.

Never again will I purchase outdoor lights from Eufy. This is the second time they have failed, and then customer services have the audacity to say they’d give me 10% refund if I keep the faulty lights that do not work.

That’s it as far as I’m concerned. Their outdoor light products are not worth the money due to bad manufacturing and even worse customer support.

Sick of bad quality control

I’m fed up with receiving faulty, bad quality controlled items from Eufy, and it’s all their outdoor lights! These are a great idea, but the main gripe is that upon receiving them and testing them you find they don’t work at all. Then going through the returns process is like trudging through mud.
Secondly, because you only get two lamps per set, £100 is a little bit too expensive, moreso when they don’t work as expected.

It’s been difficult to get Eufy customer support to understand that they were legally obliged to pay for the returns of these faulty items under UK consumer law - I literally had to push this fact to get a returns label from them. They literally have no clue and even worse, don’t care!

I’ve lost all confidence in eufy being able to deliver good quality outside lights that actually work. Massively falls short.
