⭐ 1 Star — and honestly, even that feels too generous.

I sincerely and strongly advise people to avoid buying from eufy. I made the mistake of purchasing from this company without doing enough research, and I regret it deeply.

The customer service experience was exhausting, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. Returning the product turned into a stressful process with endless messages, delays, and unnecessary complications. Instead of properly helping the customer, they kept offering partial refunds rather than resolving the issue properly.

The camera quality did not meet my expectations at all, especially for the price. I expected premium quality and professional support, but unfortunately received neither.

I genuinely urge anyone considering buying from eufy to think carefully before spending their money. I wish someone had warned me before I made this purchase.

Very disappointing experience from both the product and the company.
