Great products well designed easy to set up and works well. Plenty of built in features to cover every particular installation. The thought of something superior is eliminated from your mind.

I am absolutely blown away by the Eufy Omni S2! I’ve tested quite a few high-end robot vacuums from other major brands over the years, and I can confidently say that as of 2026, nothing touches this machine—especially when it comes to mopping technology. If you have standard UK hardfloors (laminate, luxury vinyl tile, wood, or tile), or mixture of hard floors and carpets and want a completely flawless, hands-free clean, this is the holy grail.

I wanted to show off the physical design. Unlike older, bulky models, this unit looks incredibly sleek and futuristic. It sits beautifully in a UK home without being a massive eyesore.

The Fragrance Chamber: Watch how easy it is to slide the fragrance pod right into its designated chamber! It gently perfumes the floors as it cleans, leaving the house smelling fresh rather than like strong chemicals.

Mop Washing & Ionization: This is where it beats the competition. You can see the actual self-washing process. It ionizes and electrolyses the water to sanitize itself while cleaning, so it’s never spreading dirty water around your floors.

⚠️ My Only Real Critique:
If I have one letdown, it’s how frequently the firmware updates arrive. While it’s great that Eufy constantly optimizes the software, the robot is completely locked down and not allowed to clean while an update is in progress. Each update takes about 7 to 15 minutes, which can be a bit frustrating if you're trying to push a quick clean before guests arrive. I'd love to see an option to schedule these late at night!
💡 My Personal Pro-Tip:
The machine only comes with 3 perfume pods out of the box. Because you are going to fall completely in love with the fresh-scented floors, I highly advise getting the VIP package. It comes with a full year's supply of accessories, extra fragrance pods, and rollers, saving you money and hassle down the line.
Final Verdict: Even with the slight annoyance of the frequent updates, Eufy has completely set a new standard for hardfloor care in 2026. If you want pristine floors without the stress, add this to your cart immediately!

It's well worth paying just 99p ,that way if your ordered get lost by delivery company,then you know you are protected ,have many eufy products and excellent value

Working ok now, but struggled to get it working in first place. Delivery was great.

This is the second Eufy. First one brilliant. But this new one is on a corner mounted bracket and is only intermittently picking up motion. Good if you are watching live but not so good when not constantly watching. So a bit disappointed.

Good picture but does not pick up movement until people are moving away from the door very hard to talk to anyone

Failed during firmware update when setting up and failed to do anything after that. Full refund given.
