eufyCam S3 Pro 4-Cam Kit + 1 TB Hard Drive

My old system was just too complex. I was dressing setting this up but it was so easy and enjoyable. The two-way chat has already come in really handy and the system settings are easy to adjust. Really like this system.

I was looking for a cctv system and considered both wired and non-wired systems. I liked the idea of a wired system as it was not reliant on the wi-fi (as this can drop out). Wired systems are cheaper but then there is the wiring to install. Getting a pro in to do this would add to the cost and doing myself I thought would take time. I opted for the Eufy system as I thought the extra cost would be offset by ease of installation. The system was very easy to install as the app told you what to do and items were all linked by QR codes. It hardly took any time to set up. The product itself is high quality and it's packaging and finished made me think of how Apple products arrive. The cameras are solar powered and in the box came 2 separate solar panels that can be used to charge cameras that are in a too shady spot - I had thought these were extras but came with the system. With regards to the wi-fi, this is not a problem because the cameras connect back to a hub in which stores any footage. Accessing it requires wi-fi but less of a problem. There is no cloud back up enforced with this system which I like because I did not want to get into a situation where I was paying a monthly fee - the system is self contained in my home. The operation of the cameras is great - excellent resolution and night vision is in colour and has the appearance of being day time. I also find that the AI facial recognition works well. Buying this system was a bit more than I had planned to pay but I got a system that does exactly what I want, with no ongoing costs and a quality, functional product that was very quick and easy to install. It was worth the extra cost in my view (which was a couple of hundred pounds)

We purchased two S220 cameras, S3 Pro and 1TB base station hard drive, S330 doorbell and two S350 indoor cameras. Everything was easy to set up and connect to the base station. The images are excellent and all wireless cameras are picking up the signal from the base station. Too early to comment on battery life before recharging necessary, but so far very impressed.

Cameras are very sophisticated, great picture quality, night vision is like day, build it solar keeps charging, loads of features in app, only issue is slow connection when opened from app.

Working well at the moment still getting the system set up and finding out the options

refund was confirmed by email and i never recieved it, numerous times been told it was processed and it wasn't. do not trust this company as their return processes are not legitimate i will most likely have to go through my card issuer to resolve.
